My package was not given to me. Dpd loes and said they knocked on my door. But they didn’t. Instead they dropped it to the post office for me to collect

First time ordering and I’m amazed how they treated me so nicely even with free gift. Frozen items was very well packaged and arrived frozen.
They have very good communication also. I’m very happy with my purchase and definitely will order more. I recommend 💯.

Worst place I ever bought from and I will never buy from them again. Bunch of dodgy idiots!!
I placed an order online with them, 2 days later no notification that the order was even being sent, suddenly it arrived 4 days later, the pomergrante I order has a little yellow sticker on it, which was scratched off and when I looked closely it was expired that's why they attempted to scratch off the expiry date. I ordered tamarind and when the parcel arrived there was none, a day later I got a notification that it was refunded, no email or nothing to say that they didn't have the item which is what I really wanted. First and last order from them that's for sure !!!

Bad Delivery experience
Although i was unfortunate enough to have a bad experience with your courier service i must admit that you did your utmost to sort things out for me and eventually i received my goods.
I appreciate that this cost you more time and money but, you kept in touch to let me know what was happening of which i was grateful.

My new Goto Online Butcher
