I ordered a pc bundle from these people and could even get a confirmation email and the website never updated kept calling which they guy was nice but had know clue where my order was which if you work there I would expect you to know where an order would be. After a few days the website still says process payment and kept calling and they still didn’t know where my order was and kept saying they were going to send me emails to update me on my order and never got a single email. They are clueless and this company should be closed down seeing the other reviews. I would give zero stars if I could since it’s clear either fake accounts are being made or family and friends are putting fake reviews to gain good reviews

I purchased a refirbished laptop from 1st click solutions, which, when inspected on arrival was unfit for purpose. I called them and was told to return it and they would repay when received. I arranged for the laptop to be returned AND paid insurance to cover total loss! I then emailed 1st Click solutions that it ws on its way - no response. Having been notified it had arrived back to 1st Click Solutions for collection, I again emailed them to say it had arrived, could I now be repaid - but nothing heard. Yesterday, I was notified that the consignment had not been collected and was being returned to me! I attepted to phone, but no answer. I phoned again, but answer machine was full and could not take my message!" So, people, be aware of this mess of a dealership!!!!

I recently bought a laptop and gaming pc for my kids and they work great loved the products and my kids are happy . Will definitely buy from them again.

I bought a Dell desktop. It arrived as a very old HP. .Rubish performance, No one answered any phone calls or e-mails. My 'go to' engineer says that it is a Windows 10 model with Windows 11 forced into it. As soon as I try to update it it will crash and die.

Purchased a reconditioned Dell Computer next day delivery, they failed to deliver, their communication is horrendous, ignored all emails and extremely rude on the phone, weeks later and still no refund.
Also worth noting the Dell model numbers they advertise as Windows 11 are NOT compatible with Windows 11 according to the model list published on Dell’s own website.

I bought a refurbished computer, their communication is horrendous, No one answers the phone, replies to emails nor facebook message.
I spoke to a guy Jamal and he assured me it will be sent sunday 23/11/25 and i would have tracking.
Nothing has happened and now their voice message box is full

I bought a refurbished laptop on Temu for a very good price using Temu’s vouchers. It was exactly what I was looking for.
The laptop was delivered quickly and looked perfect. Unfortunately soon after switching on I could feel the battery overheating very quickly. The laptop lid moves all the way back to turn into a tablet and once I realised that the heat was going to inevitably damage the screen I had to contact them. I didn’t want to go to Temu’s customer services as if I return I would not received my £65 coupon back. And I did want that specific laptop. I decided to contact the company directly using the email provided on Temu.
After a full day has passed with no reply I had to contact Temu to see if they could speak to them to fix or exchange my laptop. Temu AI didn’t give me much information just said they will pass my request on.
Soon after they replied to my original email asking what was the problem. I explain and they replied that they would be delivering a new one and collection the original one using DPD.
It worked. In 3 days I had DPD by my door with the replacement. It is perfect!
Looks brand new. Feels brand new. I checked all specification and it matched my order. I used it for a while and no problems with overheating or anything.
I am glad I bought it and will still recommend buying from this company,
To have to exchange is not ideal but they sorted the problem quickly.
Ps. Yes, they could do with a better communication on the emails but for me it was more important what they said than how they said it.

I noticed some negative comments about customer service here, but this is not my experience. I did months of research before I finally took the plunge and bought a refurbished i7 PC from these guys. All was going well but after about 2 weeks it stopped working. Long story short, a couple of emails later First Click Solutions sent me a replacement and, at my request, left out the SSD so that I was able to install the one I had spent quite some time setting up. So, one very happy customer here.

Extremely disappointed. In addition to receiving the incorrect model, the laptop has boot-up issues and displays error messages. I’ve been unable to reach anyone to discuss the issue—no one is answering the phone. It looks like I’ll need to escalate this through Amazon’s claims department. Very disappointed with the experience.

These people are crooked - I bought a PC from them and it won't boot up. Their emails are one or two words with no clarity. They promised to send a replacement and pick up the defective one, which they did not do. I am lucky I bought via Amazon and could get a refund from Amazon direct, but these guys are complete jokers. I would avoid these like the plaque and I am genuinely flummoxed that Amazon allows them to continue to sell on their platform. They don't even deserve the one star on this review but I can't give zero stars.

I bought a desktop PC with 12 month warranty. It failed (main board failure), the firm said they would replace it. They sent instead a completely different computer, of lower spec. I do not believe this was simply a mistake. They surely knew what they were doing, thinking I would not notice, or would not complain again. They said they would ‘collect and replace’ this second computer. They did not do so. They then said they would ‘refund’, but did not do so. They kept asking me ‘to return’ (the first computer) after they had received it! I returned the second one, but still no refund was made. I also noticed the first computer they sent had less RAM than it should have had. Double postage costs lost plus cost of computer. And so much inconvenience. Also, these people do not seem to speak or write proper English. Their messages were two or three words only. I have reported them to ebay, who are reviewing their account, but if they continue to list items, AVOID THEM. Charlatans.

Beware First click solutions.co.uk are a fruadently company as I have experienced it. Bough a PC, from them, HDD heads were jammed, not even the advertised size HDD and did not work, one of the leads had a broken pin and no wofo dogel. Took to repitable computer shop who can confirm this. First Click Solutions LTD never refurbished this PC, bought in and sold on. DO NOT USE TTHEY ARE UNSCRUPULOUS

Company ignores you, products sent were damaged and didn't work, warranty did not exist and they just ignore your emails. YOU ain't getting money back or change of goods. Yet Amazon still sells for them, absolute joke! READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered a pc and two monitors which were broken. Please see Trustpilot reviews for impartial reviews of the service from First Click Solutions. Having returned the product Amazon are stating I have to communicate with the supplier directly for the refund which they are reluctant to provide. I will be forced to raise a section 75 claim or go to small claims court to get my refund. Avoid this company!

My husband purchased a refurbished PC from this company via Amazon in March 2024. Initially it came very promptly. However, a few days in the wifi wouldn't work and it transpires that the dongle was broken (it had come apart in the USB port). It took First Click Solutions over a week to send a new one. They wouldn't sort it out on the phone; everything had to be done by email! The advisor was also very rude. Now the DVD CD drive doesn't work. From previous experience with the dongle I know how poor the customer service is so didn't even bother getting back to them and have just returned it as being defective via Amazon.

Desk top did not work, was not interested when I called to ask about refund...TOTAL JOKE .. DO NOT USE BUYER BEWARE
