Well what can I say about first migration. Dean and Aga have honestly been a God send. They have helped my wife and I from the very beginning and we have stuck with them since. When Covid hit and all hope was lost, my now wife was in another country and I was in the UK. Not having seen each other for a year, they helped us and guided us. Now we are both happily married and living together. We have just recently renewed our spouse visa, thanks again to first migration. God bless them both and I pray that they continue to succeed and help others as they have done so for my wife and I.

My partner and I have just secured the unmarried partner visa under the guidance of Dean with the "Expert checking service".

Our case was a bit tricky as we haven't been able to live together for two years. Even though the recent change in immigration rules deleted the mandatory requirement of two-year cohabitation, it's still quite risky to apply because the decision from case workers would be based on whether they perceive the relationship as genuine and subsisting if the cohabitation requirement is not met, which can be quite subjective.

However, the letter templates we received from First Migration before the checking service meeting, the guidance during the meeting with Dean, and the feedback afterwards have all been very helpful, which eased our mind a lot. I am very particular with how people communicate instructions with me, and with First Migrations, it cannot be any clearer! I have always been skeptical of the document list for visa requirements on the UK website because it doesn't explain what it entails, which to me makes First Migration's services worth it. You don't need to second guess the requirements, you don't need to spend hours on the internet trying to figure out what is really needed, and most importantly, you won't end up submitting the wrong document (This happened to me and got my previous application rejected!)

I cannot recommend First Migration enough! My husband is a UK citizen and I am from the US.
