Having never hired a rental car previously I did a lot of investigating.
So very happy I chose First Self drive in Norwich for our holiday.
From the get go they were quick to respond with any queries or updates to quotes and they even collected us and dropped us back at the train station . Jonathan and Gary were extremely helpful all through the process and it was lovely to meet them in person , lovely friendly chaps. Steve we met for the first time when we were leaving he drove us to the station also a lovely chap. They have a great team!

Staff are helpful and made the experience of renting a car seamless and stress-free. They are very thorough with their processes and walked around the car with you to record the pre-hire condition of the car that they recorded and also sent us a copy which gave us a piece of mind. Car was modern, in great condition (inside and out) and very clean! Would definitely recommend and use them again if needed.

Jonathan and his team were brilliant. Very friendly and helpful. I had their lovely Toyota Aygo for 6 weeks and it was perfect for exploring Norfolk's little country lanes and villages. The price was excellent and it was on a special deal. Amazing Steve even dropped me to the bus station to make my quick bus connection to Heathrow. A big thank you to everyone at First Self Drive. Easy to book online and arrange everything. Really polite and helpful staff. Excellent experience and will definitely use again when in need. The van was immaculate as well as the most up to date version with all mod cons.

Hired a Luton van from this company for 24 hrs. to help move my daughter into her new house. Web site was very easy to use/navigate through. I had to phone them up on this ocassion, but got through VERY quickly & spoke to a very friendly man, who explained
everything clearly, costs, insurance etc...(they were the best on price!) On the day of collection it was very quick & easy to complete the last bits & pieces in the office & someone then talked me through the van, how to use the tail gate etc...The van was spotlessly clean inside & out.
ALL the staff were friendly & efficient, wether on the phone or at the depot. On this experience, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

They were great from start to finish. My car had broken down so I needed a replacement while it was fixed.

Price was the cheapest I found looking online and they were helpful on the phone, and I picked up the car 2 hours later. Never had a hire car before and didnt have high hopes but it was spotless and so modern! A real pleasure to drive and i was sad to let it go! Quick and easy return and all the guys in the office were so friendly

Top quality service from the whole team. I needed to urgently rent a car overnight, the team found me something & sorted everything out quickly & effectively for me within a matter of minutes.
I must add that all the staff were incredibly friendly & went above and beyond to assist me as time was of the essence.

A truly wonderful experience. Booking a van hire was quick and simple through their website, and all communication with staff prior to the booking was efficient and informative. All staff were very welcoming when we arrived and were incredibly helpful with all aspects of hiring the vehicle. We had a very enjoyable day renting a very smart, modern and comfortable van and was able to return the keys following their guidance. Even with a slight mishap on our behalf when returning the vehicle, all colleagues (thank you Joth and Danny from next door!) were kind and professional and helped us problem solve. Excellent value for money and customer service was second to none. Thank you!
