Perhaps they were a bit under-prepared for Xmas
I have ordered twice from Fishcut Seafood. The first time, in late November 2022, was a great experience. As a result, I ordered seafood for collection on Xmas Eve. It was somewhat disappointing. The sashimi was to be cryovaced so it would last for a few days before being consumed. It wasn't. It came in a foam tray wrapped in clingwrap. The 3 dozen shucked Sydney Rock oysters, which they initially forgot to give to me, were un-edible by Xmas night, despite being stored at 3 degrees within 5 minutes of being collected. The cooked prawns were good, as were the lobsters. Overall, a disappointing experience.
