AVOID

This is the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had.

I placed an order in early November. After weeks with no proactive updates and the order still marked as “processing,” I requested cancellation and a refund before the parcel entered physical transit.

Despite this, the seller shipped the order days later and repeatedly refused to cancel or refund, insisting I wait for delivery and then return the item. Tracking shows that at the time of cancellation only a label existed; the parcel was not picked up or accepted by a carrier until days later.

Their chosen courier (Evri) then failed to follow basic delivery instructions and left the parcel unattended outside without making any attempt to contact us. The parcel is now missing. The seller is refusing a refund and claiming they “cannot file a claim,” attempting to shift responsibility onto the customer despite being the sender.

Customer service has been consistently dismissive and abrasive, repeatedly ignoring the timeline, tracking evidence, and delivery failure.

This reflects a complete lack of accountability and basic consumer fairness. Avoid this company.

Scammers

Scammers, ordered something time sensitive, paid for 5-7 day delivery, nearly 2 weeks later it's not here, tracking number no longer says it exists, they won't refund (luckily paypal have) because these guys are clearly Asian scammers who barely speak a word of english, their emails are all broken nonsense. Avoid at ALL costs.

False advertising.

The jumper I received was nothing at all like pictured on the website. They have either used an AI generated image of a jumper or a picture from another site. The jumper I got was incredibly poor quality and just a faded image printed on polyester. I emailed them and they have just offered me a discount on a new order which I have refused and then a 20 percent refund. I am having to now open a dispute via PayPal due to false advertising.

Reimbursement Denied

I bought a T-shirt that was never delivered, and they are refusing to issue a reimbursement.
The product was returned to their facility, which they confirmed, and they offered me a 20% discount on my next purchase instead.
I did not accept, and they said:
"In this case, we can't give you a refund.

If you don't accept the discount, we can't do more for you."

Still waiting for my reimbursement.

Some of the items listed as 100% cotton…

VERY DISHONEST BUSINESS
This was their response to a return request because of false advertising and selling synthetic material when claiming it's 100% cotton:

"In this case, you need to pay the shipping fee and tax (If include) when sending back. It may take a long time to finish. Shipping won't be refunded. If the import tax is charged, customer is responsible for it. Once we make sure it's in good condition and can be sold again, we will refund you.How about we issue a 20% discount for your next order and you keep the item?"
NO THANK YOU. I expected to get what you listed and NOT pay for YOUR false advertising. You should sell what you are listing on your site.

Cool designs, poor quality

On the plus side, FishNEO's designs are cool, and their customer service is quite responsive.

On the minus side, their shipping is exceptionally slow - it took them two weeks to actually ship my order, and over another week to reach me.

Per their website, they will not guarantee that any details of their products are actually accurate. I ordered a tank top that was listed as being "100% cotton"; but it was polyester. Two other shirts I ordered were probably a poly-cotton blend - they do not have tags describing the composition of the garment.

When I complained, they said I could return the garments for a refund - at my own cost, and my own risk - or get 20% off my next order. Why would I place another order when I can't even be sure of what I'm ordering?

Unless you are OK with "fast fashion" quality garments, I would recommend against ever ordering from Fishneo.
