Amazing book at an amazing price, kept well informed re its delivery

Excellent system, great for tracking and notifications. Great list of products and subject matters. Your prices are also well below most of the retail outlets. This is why I started going to Fishpond first when looking for books, music, et al. Cheers!.

My order took over 8 weeks to arrive which was very frustrating. HOWEVER the customer service I received was outstanding! Thank you for being so great with things that are out of your control.

What a frustrating experience! I followed up with them on a later delivery the tracking info said a courier label had been added but it was sorting in their processing depot for two weeks. Fishpond said it was a delay on NZ Post's part, NZ Post said they hadn't picked it up so asked Fishpond to get in touch with them. But Fishpond just ignored my request and came back offering to find a replacement. Meaning they knew they lost it but no apology even when they could tell how frustrating I was finding this lack of customer service. I've requested a full refund - will never buy from them again. I would advise the same unless you don't care whet your parcel arrives and you enjoy pointless conversations which go around in circles.

The time in which I received the books was fast. Books were packaged safely and carefully. Your rang of booms is exceptional

Delivery was speedy and arrived in a neatly packaged cardboard box to the John & Lisa's Kitchen cookbook with recipes from the Saturday Morning Kitchen TV show I loved. And much cheaper than all the other online prices for this book.

An impressive range of books often at the lowest comparative pricing, sturdy packaging is used, delivery has occasionally been faster than the estimated due date even when sourced from international suppliers. Excellent customer service all round, thank you.

Communication was good, was delivered in quoted time. The only issue I had is that the packaging had stuck to the book, but was able to be peeled off without damaging the book. It would have been a 5 otherwise

Good ordering

I ordered my Paperback Oxford English Dictionary from Fishpond NZ on February 22, 2025. However, they mistakenly sent it to the wrong person at the incorrect address, and today, it's March 10, 2025, I have yet to receive my order. Based on my experience, this has been one of the worst services I have ever encountered. Is this really how they treat their customers? This was my first order from them, and after such a disappointing experience, I can’t imagine making any future purchases. In my opinion, Fishpond NZ is not a trustworthy online retailer.
