Order delay with no warning
I made the order in August and was told the item would be shipped out on the first of October. To them no news at all until I could at the end of October to be told it was held up. No email to let me know or anything.

Dishonest about shipping and with many excuses, poorly written emails which indicates it’s usually a scam. Not a trust worthy shop at all.

Not quite sure how we can be called a scam by simply explaining the process of how long dispatch and deliveries can take. You placed an order on Wednesday afternoon, the item was packed on Thursday and collected on Monday by the courier, due for delivery today (5 business days) from point of ordering to delivery. You also selected the cheapest option for shipping, also we cannot control how long a courier takes to deliver items. Its a shame that you feel the need to write such negative comments when we have done all we can to get the order to you.
