I spoke to Karl with a question about a smart bike. He went out of his way to answer that as it was quite obtuse. They didn't have a bike that worked for me sadly but Karl searched the internet, found and recommended an alternative option which suited me perfectly from a different provider. Utterly brillaint client care. I will use them for all my firness needs from here on in. Thanks Karl, you're a legend! Paul

I cannot recommend this fantastic company highly enough! The service you will receive is simply outstanding. I have been looking to buy a treadmill for over a year but couldn’t decide which would be the most suitable for home use. The moment I spoke to Ray I knew I had found someone with expansive knowledge about treadmills and genuine customer care, someone not just trying to make a sale but wanting to make sure I made the right choice and decision about the make and model suitable for my needs.
After listening to my own research and requirements Ray pointed me in the direction of Spirit Treadmills. I actually waited a few months for a new model to arrive into the UK on the advice of Ray and eventually purchased the Spirit XT485 which I am completely satisfied and happy with, over the moon in fact!
There are many sources of reviews for treadmills and this one in particular which can easily be found online so my review here is to recommend Fitness Options as the company to make your purchase from. I travelled over to the showroom from Hull where I was welcomed and encouraged to try as many machines as I wished! There is a large free parking car park at the store so the journey is definitely worth while to try out the machines if you are undecided.
One concern I had was the delivery access into my house choosing a larger model. Ray advised me on everything checking all measurements and the delivery team where excellent and set up,the treadmill very quickly ready to use! I am a serious club runner, have ran many marathons and races over several decades and have never been a fan of treadmills. I remember contacting Ray to let him know how happy I was with the machine and said “ I don’t know if I’ll ever run outside again!” such is the smooth, stable, cushioned feel of this particular model.
Ray couldn’t be more helpful and I know the rest of the team there are ready to give any after sales care and advice if needed. I can’t thank Ray and the team enough for everything 😊

The delivery went painlessly and as Fitness Options suggested the online assembly guide was good - my wife and I had the machine assembled and running in about an hour and a half - we’d be a lot quicker if we did it again ;)
