The sizing for the pets clothing are completely incorrect. I have 3 pets different sizes and all of the clothing were so big. I had to return and now have to pay $20 to return to them which by the way, instructions were to send to someone home address. I pray I get my refund. I will have to report them to better business and PayPal along with my bank if my monies are not returned. Be careful. The toll free number is to a AI and you go in a circle. There is no one live to talk too. I made a big mistake ordering from this place.

I have had nothing but trouble with this company. First it took 3 weeks to receive my order. The size charts are off and the items were too big for my puppy. I started a return but was told it first had to be approved. I was supposed to receive an email when approved but I didn't. After several days, I manually checked and saw it was approved but they didn't give me a return address. I called customer service and they said they would look over the account and get back to me if the return was approved. I told them it was appoved and all I needed was a mailing address to return the package. The customer service rep kept repeating the same thing and I asked them if they could please just give me the address to send the return but they hung up on me.
Other than this nightmare with customer service, the clothes are nice.

I received a gift of 2 items. Both were the wrong size. I contacted customer service and they informed me I would have to pay for the return shipping even though it was a gift. The return shipping was expensive. Lousy return policy.

I love this brand for my dog because they have a lot of different styles of clothes and for different seasons. Is also very cheap competing with the good quality. I have tons of dresses, sweaters and so much more for my dog.
