Prior to placing an order, I contacted my bank to let them know I would be placing an order for the advertised price of $59.74, which was one bottle, and I was supposed to receive a second bottle for free, however, the charge came in at $118 and change and my bank notified me within one minute stating that the site was fraudulent, was an unsettled Web Site, the domain was only 14 days old, and the SSL was only good for the minimum amount you can register your domain with which is 90 days. There were 1405 scam alerts from other customers who were also charged more than double what they said they were gonna charge the credit card for. When I contacted Customer Service, they would not provide a Direct contact number, they weren’t able to correct the overcharge so I could place my order, and it appeared that the customer service representative was trying to gain extra information from me so he had enough information to try and run my card a second time however, my bank caught this second fraudulent charge and declined it I know everyone may really need help with their particular situation but this site and this company is not the one you want to use. I hope you find the help you’re looking for as I am too. But after all the attempts, I tried to make him purchasing this product, it always kept coming back as a fraudulent company
My bank even told me that they’re on their watchlist because many of the Banks clients have also experienced extra charges on the first order, as well as ongoing monthly charges that were never authorized which led to all of their clients having to cancel their credit cards, file a dispute with the company who is not able to be contacted to Credit, the money back, which then allows the bank to dispute and decline the transaction in order to get your money back, which takes more than 24 days . I strongly recommend that you do not buy anything from this company.
