UPDATE – USD 20,000 principal still unpaid, casino unidentified, no FAC email since September 2024
UPDATED 7 SEPTEMBER 2026
I am replacing my April 2025 wording with a fuller documentary update.
Between September 2023 and February 2024 I invested USD 20,000 through Five Asset Classes (“FAC”).
My signed FAC agreements identify “FAC (Five Asset Classes)” as “the Company”, state that I was investing “in the Company”, provide for 25% accrued quarterly and bear Stephen Wright’s signature. A separate Letter of Authority describes the arrangement as the “Online Casino Investment” and authorised Stephen James Wright, on behalf of FAC, to receive and send payments connected with it.
On 10 September 2024, FAC’s Head of Administration, Kristel Landicho, recorded:
“Total Amount Invested – 20,000 USD”
“Total Received Interest Payment – 7,343.75 USD”.
The USD 7,343.75 was interest, not repayment of capital. None of my USD 20,000 principal has been returned.
THE CASINO REMAINS UNIDENTIFIED
I have not been provided with the casino’s legal name, registration number, jurisdiction, licence/regulatory status, registered address, investment/bank account, investment statement/ledger, or evidence that it received my USD 20,000.
This matters because the agreements say I invested in FAC as “the Company”, whereas Stephen Wright later attributed non-payment and possible capital loss to the casino.
FAC’S LEGAL IDENTITY REMAINS UNRESOLVED
On 18 September 2024 Stephen Wright wrote:
“5AC is not a UK company. Our UK office is just a serviced office for marketing support. We are not FCA-regulated and never claimed to be.”
I have still not been told the full legal name, jurisdiction or registration number of the FAC entity with which I contracted. FAC’s website nevertheless states: “Five Asset Classes were incorporated in 2015”.
CAPITAL PROTECTION
Mr Wright later said I had been offered a lower-return option with 50% capital protection from the casino and chose the higher-return option without protection.
The documents I hold do not identify any insurer, policy, quotation, premium, protection terms or signed acceptance/rejection. FAC’s current fixed-return page separately states: “The company can provide 100% capital protection via insurance.”
FORMAL REQUEST AND SILENCE
On 18 March 2025 I formally requested a company investment statement showing transaction history, balance and valuation, and reminded FAC on 20 March 2025.
As at 7 September 2026, no statement has been supplied. My Gmail records show no email from any @5-ac.com address after 18 September 2024.
FAC’S CURRENT PUBLIC REPRESENTATIONS
FAC’s website says it specialises in financial advice to expats living offshore. It continues to advertise “Fixed Return Investments”, stating that clients can receive fixed amounts on agreed dates, funds are returned on maturity and capital protection can be provided through insurance.
FAC also states: “FAC is a subsidiary company working with NEBA Wealth Management.” It says it introduces clients to NEBA for core wealth-management services, has separate partner relationships for alternative investments and works closely with NEBA Financial Solutions.
I have asked NEBA and TEAM plc to clarify the historic FAC/NEBA relationship from their records. I am not alleging that either participated in my casino investment or is financially responsible for it.
FCA REPORT
I first reported the matter to the Financial Conduct Authority in April 2025. On 6 September 2026 I provided a fuller documentary update covering the agreements, payment trail, unidentified casino, unresolved FAC legal identity and current public representations.
An FCA case reference was allocated. I am not suggesting the FCA has made any finding.
If FAC provides the missing corporate identity, casino identity, evidence showing where my capital was sent and a proper investment statement, I will update this review accordingly.
