Save your time and money, look for the parts somewhere else. Bad service 0 communication, my order was cancelled without a notice and for no reason.
The site pointed me to a part that did not work. They accepted the return but would not reimburse for shipping either direction. I'm out $40 and am very frustrated. It is nearly impossible to get a response from customer service.
I WILL NEVER USE FIX.COM AGAIN.
No communication or updates on my order. When I called their customer support number I was told I'd receive an update that day, but I didn't.
I was supposed to pick up an item same day, but after a week of silence, I was forced to request a refund via paypal.
Placed an order. Items requested said in stock. They charged my credit card immediately. 5 weeks later nothing received. I cancelled the order and I’m still waiting on my refund. These guys are a joke. Don’t waste your time

Friendly guy took my order.. parts from each company arrived in two separate shipments in just about a week. Done.

This company is no good. I ordered three pcs from them that the site said was in stock. After placing the order then to find out they don't have the parts. Finally got that fixed and they said they were shipping my order. We we are 4 days later still hasn't shipped. Won't happen again

Is there a way to give less than one star? I'm a former employee who has been let go after getting an email saying they wanted to hear from me the next day, but because I was sick and don't have access to a phone to call the sick line. At the end of that same day I was terminated from position as a CSR. Trainer was fantastic, upper HR management are complete asshats. Instead of actually listening to their own email I get terminated. Not to mention what they mentioned "specifically" was stuff not in my control. Such as "being let off the clock early from trainer". I don't recommend working here.

I ordered a Hunter glass globe for a ceiling fan and paid almost $62 for it after shipping costs. The globe came with black specks in the glass that looked like dead bugs inside when the ceiling fan's light was turned on. The cutout circle part was also cut out very crooked. When I tried to get an even exchange, the only option was a refund and instructions on how to return the defective globe. I sent 3 emails and finally got someone to respond. They said, "Tell us how to install the globe". I responded with, "What the hell? Read my damn emails!" Then customer service said that in order for me to get a replacement, I would have to place a new order and abstain from being disrespectful or they would no longer respond to my emails!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not do business with these disgusting people. THEY TOTALLY SUCK AND DON'T GIVE A DAMN. They don't do their job and expect you to be respectful to them. Meanwhile, they can totally ignore what you are asking or pleading with them to do to take care of the mess they caused you. Then they give a lame apology.
Ordered a part on Sunday, Oct 3rd, got an email on Oct 4th saying part has shipped by FedEx. On Oct 6th I questioned Fix.com about the part not shipping because the tracking said label was made and info sent to FedEx. Part was to arrive on Oct 8th , 2 to 3 day shipping, now later on Oct 6th tracking now says part is to arrive on Oct 12th, 4 days later than original date. I ordered the part from Fix.com because it was cheaper than others and paid extra for the 2 to 3 day shipping. Live and learn, never again.
I would not order from here again. I had an issue with an overcharged tax rate. Rather than accepting what I was saying with regard to how sales tax rules work in Washington, they chose to argue with me and repeatedly state their incorrect position. After multiple times of contact, I had to threaten to dispute the excess amount of tax charge with my credit card for them to fix the issue, and even then the customer service rep had the audacity to say they were doing so as a customer service gesture. Left a bad taste in my mouth, I likely won't order from this site again.
