Fix Auto did a great job at repairing my car and were a pleasure to deal with from.the beginning. Phil the driver and Emma in the van dept were friendly and professional at all times.

This review is for the drivers Jamie and Doug who returned our car. They were polite courteous and very apologetic for the delay in returning it.

Excellent customer service. I was kept up to date with the work on my car. Nothing was too much trouble. Special commendations to Damien, (Damo). Jan, Josh, Ryan, Douglas and Emma (the other lady in reception). 100% service.

Really smooth, lovely people who were super helpful. They even had a full valet service included! Jamie was always on time and very friendly :) would definitely use again.

Friendly, helpful service from Jan at reception helped offset some frustration with having had my repair date changed twice at very short notice. Lovely service from Phil also who collected and dropped off the car. Car repair has been good, so thank you.

Just got car back having not done this before. Car is as good as new - better than before accident in fact. Customer service/dealing with office - Doug, Emma, Diane I think - though spoke to various - was refreshingly good.

Recently had work done with Fix Auto through an insurance claim.

Jan in the office was really helpful and kept me up to date and Douglas who came out to drop off my car / pick up the courtesy car was friendly and thorough - and played very nicely with my dog!

Emma, Douglas and Glynn were just fab! We had time restraints due to work commitments, they all went over and beyond meeting our needs. Great team! Recommend!

Phil Oxford picked up and returned my car from my home, he was very professional and friendly both times dealing with him.
