Looks good but can't drive it
During the process of getting the vehicle repaired we received good regular update. With the part being on back order again we had been kept informed.
Once the vehicle had been completed we had been told it would be dropped off the vehicle never arrived that day. After a week of chasing we went to collect the vehicle. It looked good from the outside but when it came to drive it, it was un-driveable. wheels out of align and a struggle to drive it straight it has now had to go back for more time off of the road.

We are, however, very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced following collection of your vehicle. Unfortunately, the delay in delivery was due to ensuring the VAT had been authorised, this can take a few days on larger jobs and should have been explained.
While we are pleased the vehicle presented well cosmetically, we have now had further authorisation for extra work and will ensure that this is done as swiftly as possible to get you back on the road in the same manner.
Please be assured that we take your concerns seriously and are working to resolve any outstanding issues as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to put things right.

Excellent honest company
Excellent honest company, service, and repair. When I came to collect my car I was informed a calibration wasn’t required in the end (I would never have known) and the bill was reduced accordingly. An excellent job all round.
From the moment I was called to arrange collection of my vehicle, to the time I was recalled to collect it from the hire car company, the service that was provided was fantastic, in fact second to none. In what I thought was going to be a stressful situation turned out to be very easy.
The two ladies that I spoke to I believe were called Kim and Courtney, they were reassuring, polite and friendly.
My car arrived back as good as new & she even got a little wash as well. Smelling fresh.
Thank you so much for everything, something that wasn’t my fault wasn’t so bad in the long run.
