Fix Auto UK - Fix Auto Colwyn Bay Avis 

Had my car repaired by Fix Auto Colwyn Bay after a bit of a bump. The communication from Kelly throughout has been great and courtesy car was also ideal. There was some delay in getting parts but regular texts advised me what the current position was, which was very helpful. Also had a couple of courtesy calls from Kelly providing further update on situation with the car, which were unnexpected but much appreciated. Neuryn, the guy who picked up and delivered back the car was also very pleasant indeed. All in all a very pleasant experience from what could have been a difficult one!! Diolch Fix Auto Colwyn Bay.

Fix auto were repairing my car after it was damaged in an accident.
All the staff I came into contact with were polite and helpful. There was a mix up where they failed to pick up the car as agreed but this was rectified quickly.
My car was returned to me in immaculate condition.
The repair has been done to an excellent standard and they had even valeted the car.
I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to others.

I have no issue whatsoever with theservice level provided by the office reception staff where very polite and helpful.
The lack of communication from the company not notifying me of delays that were avoidable caused considerable expense and the delay of not having the car retuned on time and delayed for a further week is not very commendable.
The workmanship however is of a high standard.

You did an excellent repair. and every member of staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful.

My car was hit by a biker at the back, they came and picked up my car and fixed it within a week and a half. They returned it to my home all clean and polished, great service and very polite definitely recommend them.thank you

Very good repair work with no noticeable evidence of previous damage. Also allowed for my courtesy car to be left at the garage for pickup after collection of repaired vehicle.

Whilst only a minor bodywork problem, from obtaining a quote, booking in and collection the service was very good. The work carried out was to a very high standard. The staff were friendly and efficient. All in all a very good service. I would not hesitate in recommending Fix Auto.
