Very pleased with the way the repairs were handled. Kept up to date on the progress on a regular basis. Many thank for a smooth process where the accident was a less than happy experience.

Quick collection and repair, returned within 3 working days. Only issue was 2 courtesy cars had been arranged but that’s more to do with Direct Line.

We were impressed with their efficiency from the receptionists to the mechanics.The repair was carried out without fuss. After the car had been valeted I noticed some scratches that would have resulted from the same incident. The Fix Auto manager immediately sorted the scratches out without any fuss I would strongly recommend Fix Auto Hereford to anyone wanting crash repairs.

My insurance company selected this body repair shop. The quality of the work itself was excellent — the car looks as good as new, and I’m very happy with the finish.

However, communication throughout the process was poor. I had informed them in advance that I was in the middle of moving house, and even messaged two days before my move to check on delivery. At that point, I was told the car wouldn’t be returned in time, which caused unnecessary stress during an already busy situation.

Thankfully, they were able to get the car back to me in time in the end. While I appreciate that outcome, clearer and more reliable communication would have made the whole experience much smoother.

My car was collected as agreed by two very friendly people, the work was carried out as per the agreed schedule, and the car came back to me fully repaired and I was very happy with the repair. The car was nicely valeted and looked great.

The collection and drop off were very well co-ordinated.
The collection staff need some method of company identification, turning up at the door and asking for the car keys chancing it. If the guy had not allowed me to photo his licence I would not have given him the keys.
Disappointment all round.

What a gem I found in Fix Auto Hereford. They actually repaired my car door which other garages couldn't (or weren't interested because of its age).
The gentleman who repaired it didn't even charge me anything!
Whilst I was waiting, the lovely Charlotte made me a cup of coffee. They were both friendly and chatty. Such nice people.
Excellent body shop. I can thoroughly recommend them.
