Staff are helpful and polite
Staff are helpful and polite, they did what they said they were going to do and my car came back in showroom condition with a work guarantee. The man who collected it and delivered it back really seemed to take pride in his work.

Fix auto have been great with…
Fix auto have been great with communications and I am really happy with the repairs on my car. It would have been an easy 5 stars; however car was dropped off on double yellow lines, which unfortunately did not go down well with neighbours as I was at work and unable to move it for several hours.
Nevertheless, for quality of work I would absolutely recommend fix auto.

Firstly the excellent customer service hotline really impressed me as they always picked up the phone in 5 ringing. The second up thumb, my car was picked up and returned on time. At last, I really feel amazing that ‘a new car’ was back, it’s perfect. Thank you very much.

Good repair
Good repair, which is the most important aspect. Friendly face-to-face and telephone service but emails went unanswered. Their vehicle recovery contractor was significantly late arriving and didn't give a professional impression.

Great People to Deal With
Thanks to an unfortunate incident, my car suffered some minor damage and my insurance company sent me to Fix Auto in High Wycombe to have it repaired.
I must say they were very easy to deal with and as I delivered and collected the vehicle myself (even they said it wasn’t necessary) it gave me an opportunity to meet them and see their facilities.
What a lovely group of people they are and they’ve not only done an excellent job but they also valeted the car afterwards - first class !

My VW Tiguan Rear End Shunt
My VW Tiguan was damaged after my wife caught her foot under the accelerator and backed in reverse into our rear garden wall. Demolishing a section of wall and adjoining gate pier. The body work damage was extensive to the car rear end. However, the repairs carried out were good and the car looks like new again, thank you Fix Auto for doing a fabulous job.
My only reservation was the time it took to carry out the repairs which I understand was due to difficulty in obtaining parts from VW in Germany?

The courtesy car that they had given had no AC and it was at the time when the UK was in a heatwave of 30°C!!! The service was also delayed as they had taken over the estimated 10 days.
The car service was good.
