They did a great repair on my car as you would expect and were easy to contact, friendly and helpful keeping me informed about how it was progressing and when to pick up.

Really helpful Customer Service, both in person and on the phone. Was able to source a courtesy car also, they really put me first.

Had my vehicle taken in for repair. Damage on the vehicle wasn’t repaired and still gave me my car back and had looked worse coming back ….. they say they are Audi verified…. But left my Audi looking outrageous!!!! Will never be using them again as in the past my uncles motor was coming back and forth and they couldn’t even get the paint work back to normal… they end up giving compensation because job was so bad

Unfortunately it took some time to get mry car fixed. Four return dates were given and all were missed. I had to chase against every date. I asked for call backs/confirmation when the car would be ready and they didnt happen. The car was returned recently and it looks good but just took too long..

Fix Auto did an excellent job on my car - I was worried about matching the colour (flat red) but it was perfect.
The whole set up is really professional and the staff are all friendly and helpful.
Highly recommended, would definitely use again.

The respray of my motorhome was great and i am very pleased with it .However the c ommunication with people on the phone was poor i was not told about an accident on the vehicle until i collected it but it had been fixed

The actual repair work is spot on, and reception are very friendly. However, the communication throughout the process could have been much better. I was initially told on 30/03 that I'd be without my car for around a week. On 09/04, I called for an update and was given a revised completion date of 16/04. When I hadn't heard anything by then, I called again and was told 17/04. After still receiving no update by 20/04, I called again and was then told 22/04. The only time I was proactively contacted was on 23/04 to say the car was ready. It would have been far more considerate to inform me of delays as they arose, rather than me having to chase multiple times. The repair was also booked in around 8 weeks in advance, so it's unclear why there ended up being a 3 week delay to the repairs.
