Overall ver happy
The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. We were kept up to date on the progress of the repair which was good as it took slightly longer than we expected. Overall we were very happy with the repair with just one niggle where the trim on front door protrudes very slightly. However very good job and first point of contact staff were excellent.

Second time visit
Second time this company has helped.
First, fixing my car through a no fault accident.
Secondly replacing my bulb for an mot failure. Which doesn't sound like a big job. But the quote I had at a previous garage was scandalous.
Fix Auto sorted the issue quickly, less fuss and excellent value.

Excellent service from Katie & Kate, both really helpful and ensured the repair to my defender was carried out to the highest standard. They completed the repair quickly, kept me updated on the progress via email and even cleaned and polished my car afterwards, would highly recommend them if you need your car repairing
