Completely new experience for me, having to deal with a damaged car but Fix auto dealt with everything very professionally and left me with no stress at all. Couldn't recommend them any higher

The work itself is phenomenal, can't even recognise where the initial damage on the vehicle. Timing was also 10 out of 10, never thought I'd have the vehicle back so fast

Decent customer service and repair
Staff arranged pickup of vehicle, arrived on time, kept in contact with me well throughout the repair and dropped it off to my house posting keys through door as I was on holiday. Repaired to a seemingly good standard (time will tell)
Washed my car inside and out to a nice standard left no swirls on bodywork.
Small issue didnt reinflate my tyres which would have been nice but not end of the world.

Firstly, we’re genuinely sorry to hear that you felt the need to leave this review, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused during the process.
After reviewing your file, I can confirm there were a few issues that we acknowledge. There was a minor panel alignment concern, which was identified and promptly corrected. Following that, we received a number of complaints from your insurer regarding the quality of the repair. In response, we provided photographic evidence confirming that all authorised repairs had been completed to the insurer’s specifications.
There was miscommunication as to what repairs had been done which understandably led you to believe that some repairs were not completed. Once this was clarified, your insurer instructed us to release the vehicle. We arranged for next working day delivery, which was declined and you came to collect your vehicle.
We are truly disappointed that your experience did not reflect the standard of service we aim to deliver to all our customers. Please rest assured that your concerns have been passed on to your insurance provider, and we will continue to work closely with them to avoid such misunderstandings in the future.

Second time I've had my car back from these now (Liverpool South), someone crashed in to the back of my car which they fixed that damage perfectly fine and returned it but the only problem was it came back with more damage on the body work than the crash itself if I'm honest and also the paint job was awful, not only that he gave my key to someone he didnt even know as i wasnt in when he was told to post the key, just lucky the person he gave it to was family, but he didnt know that. so it went back in for them to rectify their work and while on the way back to the garage the driver decides to drive straight past the garage and go to subway for his lunch, as I can track my car I seen he'd gone to a shopping centre and when returning my car the second time he admits to my face that he used it to go to subway. My car left my house with 4908.3 miles and has returned with 4976.7 miles, so they've accumulated basically 70 miles in my car for no reason, so I know it's been used for personal use. It's came back again with more damage and the paintwork is still the same and it's still got all polish marks all over it, the fan was also squealing so to me the car has been ragged as a journey to my house that was meant to take him 38 mins only took 20 mins. The person who has been driving my car was called Charlie. Avoid this place!!
