The Best Car Body Repair Shop In The North
The service provided was as excellent as ever. This is the second time I've unfortunately had to use the services of Fix Auto UK - Manchester East and as before, they were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and did a fantastic job of restoring my pride and joy to like new. I cannot recommend them highly enough and wouldn't ever go anywhere else. I must add a special thank you to Lynn who went above and beyond expectations, as the whole team seem to do every time.

CLASSY CUSTOMER CAR
This is a company that really understands what customer service is all about. They sorted out a courtesy car when Enterprise failed to, kept us informed by text, email and phone talking to a real life human being at every stage in the process and look to have done a good job (not that I'm expert enough to judge). The phone was answered promptly when I called them and I'd seek them out if I ever damaged my car.

Polite and courteous staff
Everyone I spoke to were polite and courteous and I was kept informed of my vehicles progress either by phone, email or text
After my accident they collected and returned my vehicle (which saved me a lot of hassle) and their delivery driver went through everything they had done and answered all my questions

Staff were professional and the job done superb.
My issue was due to the job I do I need schedules sticking to. The delays caused by no fault of mine caused much disruption.
