Vauxhall Grandland Accident Repair
Fix Auto Matlock were brilliant right from the start of the repair to my car
They sorted everything out with my insurers arranged a courtesy car which unfortunately had a puncture when i got home after a quick call a replacement vehicle was ouyside my home within 20 mins.
The actual job was estimated to take
over a week but the car was ready to collect after 5 days and the resulting
repair was perfect on top of which the car was filly valleted.

On time and spot on, my Macan restored.
Well pleased with the repair to my 18 month old Porsche and the "customer experience". I hadn't read any online reviews, until now, but based my choice of repairer on quotes/conversations with three other bodyshops, the work Fix did recently to my son-in-law's metallic blue Discovery and discussions with Stewart, the estimator, on what was required and why others could quote £4k more! Job was completed on schedule (six days, pretty good for a new door etc., especially considering the dealer kept it overnight just to change the oil 😨) and we got off on holiday on collection day, without recourse to a courtesy car. I had a slight concern hearing a vibration while we were away but that has disappeared since we got home and took the week's luggage out leaving just my golf clubs and trolley in situ. All good, will make Lant Lane my first call if necessary (🙏 no) in future.

Good points/ bad points
Good points, they did a good job on the repairs, also provided a curtsey car at a moment notice, very informative throughout. Thank-you.
Bad points, the repairs went two weeks over schedule. Once received the car back, was told the front head light was broke but on investigation by my son, it just had not been connected back up.

I was kept up to date on everything throughout, everyone I spoke to was absolutely lovely and so helpful, they took my car for repairs and returned it within a couple of days in absolute pristine condition, they exceeded my expectations more than I can say!

An excellent experience
I was kept updated every step of the way, from before pick up to after the delivery back to me. The repair was completely undetectable; my car car looks as new. An excellent company with polite, friendly and helpful staff.
