I contacted my insurance company in the morning and by the afternoon the garage had rung me back to arrange a time for collection. All staff were super efficient and polite. I was kept informed of repairs at all times. The service was flawless.

HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT
All the agents we dealt with were extremely helpful, keeping us updated without us having to chase them. The bonnet, offside, lights etc were all damaged in a rta. This damage was comprehensively repaired and the car looks almost like new! The interior of the vehicle was also nicely valeted.

The team at your Crediton branch have been very helpful and efficient with dealing with our car. The options presented to us showed us how important sourcing parts in a sustainable way can be achieved. Thank you for our hybrid courtesy car also, we are tempted to purchase one now after using yours.

Exemplary service from start to finish. They delivered a courtesy car to my home address and took mine back to the workshop. They kept me updated on the progress of my repair work and the work was completed in good time and car delivered back to me at my home address. Fast, friendly service. My car was as good as new. They kept me up to date on the progress. I had the use of a curtesy car, they picked my car up and dropped it off. My car is as good as new. They also did an amazing job of cleaning it inside and out!

After a crash back in January my…
After a crash back in January my insurance company arranged for my car to be sent to Fix Auto in Crediton.
I was given a curtesy car for the entire duration of the fixing of my car and the team communicated all the way, keeping me in the know .
Everyone I spoke with were so friendly, helpful and professional right from the start. Total 5 star service and I am very grateful to all after quite an emotional shake up due to the crash.
I know that my car's damage was a bit of a mechanical challenge but they persevered and got it home to me and she is running beautifully.

Fix Auto Mid Devon, excellent service.
We recently used Fix Auto Mid Devon to repair a small dent in the passenger door of our car. They collected it from our home in North Devon, and left us with a good standard of courtesy car. Seven days later they returned our car, which was repaired to a high standard. As well as that, it was beautifully clean both on the outside and the interior. We felt the latter was above and beyond what we expected from them. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. A big thank you to them.

Our insurance provider directed us to…
Our insurance provider directed us to Fix Auto for repair work. Initially there was a frustrating delay of several days before a courtesy vehicle was provided -a much smaller car than our X-Trail. Repairs took a month because of problems in obtaining parts. The X-Trail was returned in good functional order and had been cleaned. All the staff were always very helpful and courteous. Overall an excellent service but one star deducted because we had to repeatedly telephone for updates about the repairs and the return date. An unexpected bonus was realizing that we could manage with a smaller vehicle and will sell the X-Trail when circumstances allow.
