Friendly and polite staff. Courtesy car dropped off to me and my car collected. Frequent updates as to what work was going to be done, what stage the repair was at and an eta of completion. Excellent comms and a fantastic repair.

Better attention to detail needed
Customer service was good however there were a few things that prevented this from being a five star review. I was not told the bumper protector was on back order. Rear tailgate window sharp edges were left. The rear footwells and under the seats were wet and bumper slightly misaligned. I will say the staff were polite and put everything right and overall I am pleased with the repair.

Excellent service. Could not have been more helpful. Wendy went the extra distance when I had problems with the insurance company's delay in forwarding the vehicle. The assessment was completed in a day and I had a courtesy car delivered to my door next day. I received regular updates on the progress with the repair. And my car was returned looking as new inside and out.
All I had contact with, both customer services and drivers, were caring, friendly and helpful. My car couldn't have gone to a better garage

AVOID WORST GARAGE EVER repaired my…
AVOID WORST GARAGE EVER repaired my car and when I collected it by sideskirt was flapping off like the fixing had been broken . I said this to them but there denying responsibility, then when I was driving home from collecting my car it kept going into limp mode , also the garage saying this must be due to wear and tear so again taking no responsibility. The car was running perfectly good when they had it in , now I'm left with no car as it won't go over 15 mph and the cost of having to get a actual decent garage to fix there mistakes!

They have done an excellent repair on our car. The car has been cleaned on the outside and they have done a really good job. The people we spoke to on the telephone and in person were very polite. The car we were given whilst ours was being repaired was brilliant.
