Had a repair on my rear bumper,staff was very polite and helpful and kept me up to date with the hole process,and I had the car back with in the time frame they gave which I was pleased about and the car was also been cleaned so the hole experience was excellent,

High quality finish . My car even had a full valet when I came to pick it up .
Friendly and informative front desk.
I was given a regular update to where the vehicle was in regards to completion of works being undertaken.

Fixauto not up to scratch
My vehicle went in for a repair to the front end when it was given back to me the paint job is not good the assembly of the parts was not good, so i took it back and they sorted the front end out this was about a month ago i now have to go back again because another part of the front of the car has popped out and is not fixed correctly. I have read all the reviews and do not understand why my vehicle was not A1 when given back. The only shining light is Tracey at reception who could not be more helpful.

Fantastic service
When my car was damaged by a hit and run driver , the police didn't want to know , i went to see the guys at fix auto Peterborough and the service was amazing, they helped me deal with all aspects of the insurance claim , prevented the car from being written off and repaired it to an exceptionally high standard ,nothing was to much trouble

Absolutely amazing service! The repairs team have done a great job on my car, it was good as new after hitting a deer. Tracey was absolutely amazing and kept me up to date at all times. Would highly recommend
