It took nearly a month to get the car in and than two weeks to fix it. When the car come back drivers side have several scratches all over which were not there when it went to be repaired.

The process to get my vehicle repaired following an accident was very straight forward. I was able to drop off and pick up my vehicle from a convenient location. I was kept up to date with the progress of the repair. The whole process was made as stress free as possible.

The whole process from start to finish excellent service.I felt what may have been an anxious time was made very easy.The communication was excellent I felt informed & I know that if I’d allowed the Vauxhall dealership todo the work through past experiences Vauxhall have left a sour taste previously.Thank you so much fix auto.😊.

Regular updates on the repairs
Regular updates on the repairs. Great job done and my car had been valeted so nicely I couldn't find the charging cable as all put away. It came back in a nicer condition than when it went.
