I am very pleased with your repair of my Renault clio. Having extensive damage to the front and rear of my car I was extremely worried my car would never be the same however I was proven very wrong by the team. The repair was very professional and good attention to detail in my opinion. I am over the moon as I now have the car back I love which I didn't think was possible. Thanks again. I really can't thank you enough. My car is my pride and joy again!

Replaced a part that wasn’t needed, in our opinion. Resprayed the whole back end of the car when the only damage was a very minor scrape and the result is now a poor colour match to the rest of the paintwork. They use the excuse that it’s because paint takes differently to plastic than to metal. But a very small “localised” repair to the very small 50mm scrape would have been adequate and avoided this. Quite disappointed as it feels that it’s ruined a six month old car! Hopefully over time it may fade and become acceptable. Other than that, staff were all very friendly and delivery driver very pleasant and professional.

As an 81 year old I felt relieved having spoken to reception that I was to stop worrying as they would handle everything on my behalf. This actually happened which in itself is a rarity in this day and age. The staff were delightful from word go and incredibly efficient. Everything happened as they said it would and when all was done I drove away satisfied in every possible way.

Contact was good. Unfortunate that car could not be collected or delivered back.
On completion of the repair when we collected the car the trim around the bumper had not been re-fitted. This was done quickly. Luckily we noticed before driving 40 miles home

Car was finished to a very poor standard with the exhaust not fitted properly. Wasted a days work coming to collect the first time because I rejected because of the quality of the paint finish. Still not completely happy on collection but I didn’t have the time to go back a third time to collect.

Very none committal on when the car would be ready, caused a major headache for collection. Staff are polite though, if only the work was to an acceptable standard.

In response to the garage reply - the part was genuine but was fitted so badly it looked like a parts bin special. The inconvenience of collection vs the inconvenience of delivery was not my point was it? My point was you couldn’t commit to a day and expect the world to revolve around your timescales. If you’d delivered it I would have been the other end of the country. You could have just fixed it properly in the first place and saved me a second trip, that would have been easier for everyone. Given I’ve not been happy with the finish level twice what’s the point of going for a third attempt? Shouldn’t it have been done right first time?
