I was impressed with the contacts made before the repair was carried out. Lorna was efficient and helpful. On the day, the repair was carried out promptly and efficiently and it was a bonus to have the car cleaned to a high standard.

Clean and tidy reception. Friendly staff. Could have called me after it was more than 7 working days to repair. Excellent job and car valeted. Hire car was very basic so didn't use it much.

Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Very friendly polite staff who were extremely helpful particularly in dropping us off and collecting from the car rental depot.

Amazing service
Amazing service. The repairs to my car were done quicker than I expected to a very high standard and the car was gleaming when I arrived to pick it up. As soon as the insurance company approved repairs I was given a hire car. I was kept updated throughout the repair process. Lorna is an absolute gem always smiling, welcoming and happy to help. She and the other staff clearly like working here. Couldn’t recommend Fix Auto W-S-M highly enough.

Great repair on nearly new car
The repair on the car was done very well and the car was returned in a good condition. The car was only six months old when another car was driven into it.
After the repair it is not possible to see that there was any damage done to the car.
The reception was very helpful and the service was quick and helpful from Dee & Lorna.
