Repairs After RTC
My car was damaged in a collision. As authorised repairer they contacted me with arrangements very quickly. They collected my car and delivered a courtesy car from home. Repairs completed to high standard, and car was even valeted inside and out. Staff kept me informed and very friendly.

Really friendly and helpful experience
Really friendly and helpful experience with Fix Auto. The courtesy car was reliable and did perfectly for commuting to and from work. My car was in for around 2 weeks and I was given regular updates of the progress they were making. The car ended up being ready 3 days early which was great. Really happy with the garage.

8 weeks and 3 attempts to repair
The repair to my daughters car took far too long as parts had not been ordered , Car returned first time with damage to bonnet unrepaired and bonnet misaligned , returned with delivery driver, “repaired” for second time and returned however warning light on for open bonnet as the bonnet catch had not been replaced , returned again and fixed . Currently undergoing independent inspection following complaint to Elephant. Had to pay for wheel alignment to be carried out as garage had not checked and repaired following accident.

Timely and excellent workmanship
Said they would take care of it and that's exactly what they did. Excellent work on the repair, took a little longer [2 weeks] than we were originally told and one of the tires [front nearside] was slightly deflated on return, but that was nothing to do with the repair.
