It was just okay
The repairs on my car look great and my car returned nice and clean, I wasn’t happy with the service I was given, times to have my car collected were not as promised, whilst trying to arrange the collection I was not spoken to very politely and my courtesy car was not particularly pleasant.

awful service....didnt follow up with a…
awful service....didnt follow up with a courtesy car....took three weeks to arrive.
repairs half done.....car was filthy dirty when it was picked up.
when complained about certain things , a lady was very rude in the main office.

We understand your frustration with the recent service. we have investigated your journey and found that we had a long delay progressing your repairs because your vehicle had not been taxed or mot'd for at least six months prior to the accident date and we needed your insurer to agree to ignore this. we also needed it to be a valid insurance claim before we could give you a courtesy car. your car also had 4 bald tyres which we had to ask you to replace before we could legally return it, you refused this and said you would collect it instead, but you called in to the office and asked that we pay for your tyres "because we hadn't given you a courtesy car" We value your feedback and will use it to improve our service but I think a little perspective is needed here.

Good service but bits missed
Good service but bits missed. There was a chip still in the bonnet when I got the car back and the passenger mirror was not fixed, (it did not retract when the car locked) like it is supposed to.

Mr Joe was very good in communication and very nice approach to customers but one lady from your garage was not in a good way of talking.She was little rude. Top drawer service
Communication, administration, assistance and assurance were the best I've ever experienced from any motor company. Updating me as to when my car would be ready and the detail of the work schedule kept me fully aware. Car delivered back all work perfectly completed. Just brilliant from start to finish.

MY AUDI Q2
My car was booked in on 26th September for repair on the back door and trims and although it took three weeks I was able to collect it today and I have to admit it looked like new and the repair was first class. Well worth the wait and I had a courtesy car through my insurance which Fix Auto provided too. Contact was pleasant on each occasion and they obviously know their stuff! Thank you for your help.

Though there were some delays as is the experience with most things these days. the Manager, Lee went well beyond what I would have expected to resolve the issues and get personally involved in the repairs. In the end the car was returned fully fixed, clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this branch of Fix Auto and would use again myself :)

I never had to wait too long for someone to pick up the phone and communication was clear when I rang for updates. Ruth was helpful on the phone and Kieran who worked on the car and delivered it was also good. Very smooth after what can be an inconvenient at the least to stressful experience when accidents happen.

Absolutely disgraceful place my car went here to be repaired they charged for thing they did not change. The car had to go back twice and still is not fixed properly. They take no responsibility for anything. Stay away!!!!

thank you for reviewing, but the facts were that we went over and beyond in repairing your vehicle, the part you are talking about was no longer available so we had to repair the original and to a good standard i might add, on my recommendation you were paid in lieu the value of this part as well so i think your dissatisfaction with us is misplaced and actually it is caused by the bits of the story you have left out of your review, after your vehicle was returned you tried to blame us for causing damage to your vehicle inside and out only for an independent engineer sent from your insurer agreed that all of the areas were visible on our check in camcorder footage before we even touched it. we pride ourselves on our honesty and integrity, things we should all appreciate.
