As we stated in the paypal case. the item was not advertised as a griffin case but a cheaper alternative "shockproof" We are very sorry you are unhappy with your purchase, and hope you can give us another try in the future.
Satisfied with treatment but not part purchased
Purchased a new mid-frame for Iphone 4 advertised as new but ended up being used. Would have been happy with used part in very good condition but part was of questionable integrity. Was fully refunded and very happy with customer service. Would purchase from again in right situation.

Good quality screen
I ordered a cheaper screen elsewhere and sent it back it was so bad. I was really impressed with the quality of this screen for my Iphone 5, all the connectors lined up perfectly and it even came with the little screen over the earpiece that didn't have to be transfered (which is hard to do). My phones back in action and as good as new!

I ordered a iphone back and it said that I was going to receive tools to replace it with and did you not come with I am very unhappy that I had to go buy some more tools to replace the back of the phone to experience a false advertisement

Perfect case for my iPhone 6
