Fixyourerror Avis

The website looks great and it's helpful for not so computer savvy people! It's well designed and easy on the eyes. It's clean, simple, and explains what it does so that anyone could understand it!

The website as a "brand" is not very clear. With that being said, the website is very precise as far as a tool to "Fix Your Error." I feel like if I actually needed to fix something all of the tools would be available right from the website. The presentation of the site is crisp and clean, and looks very sharp and professional. I would just improve only on the branding, as the appearance and functionality appear to be great.

Overall, the website is pretty good. The layout is clean and not confusing at all, and the selection process for finding your drivers is quick and straightforward. It was easy to find the drivers I needed in a hypothetical search, and downloading them was quick.

The website clearly tells visitors it's purpose and the download is easily located. The only suggestion I have is it should be more visually appealing and when viewing on a mobile device the text/links at the top of the page kind of overlap each other.

This site makes working on your own or friends' computers a breeze. The system is set up in a no-hassle way. Simply enter in the Brand and Name of the device you need to fix, and then choose from a list of potential areas in which you might experience issues. The download button pops right up once you mouse-over the particular issue. Very easy to find everything you need to get the job done! Instead of using a search engine for hit or miss advice, this is a simple, effective system that will give you confidence in your own abilities.

great site. super easy to navigate. found what I needed right away without having to search all over the page. big, bold lettering. I found my questions answered before I remembered what I was looking for. excellent design.

The website is clean. It is useful. It is obvious where to click download. It is laid out in a simple way.

The navigation of this site is simple, it is clean, and it is easy to navigate. It is obvious where to download as it is displayed largely on the right in a bright green box.

Provides a helpful service while remaining user-friendly and easily navigable. Crisp design that does distract or detract from the content and information of the website. Useful for troubleshooting and fixing common user errors.

The design is clean and simple. First, you have the description of the app, then you're told how it works and then you get to see some FAQs - which are always helpful.

I appreciate how it doesn't take paragraphs upon paragraphs to explain everything. Instead, you just get the information you're looking for and it only takes a few minutes to get through it.

This might be my personal preference, but I found the landing page to be a little bit busy. I think that the layout could be cleaner and simpler. Additionally I don't particularly like the font chosen for the body text. I liked the Fix Your Error logo a lot and the toolbar at the top. I sort of wonder if it is necessary to take up space in the bottom left of the page with the Windows compatibility logos. Could those be placed elsewhere? Overall a decent design.

The site is very cleanly designed. It has a minimalist look to it, while still providing adequate driver information. There are no pop-up ads or any other intrusive ads. If you have any questions, there is an FAQ on the same page as the device selection page. All in all, the site appears to be a very trustworthy website.

The download button is so easy to see- right at the top! I love not having to search for it. The information is very clear and to the point.

The interface appears clean and straight forward to use. The device selection seems easy to use and it is clear where you go to download the necessary driver that brought you to the site.

The page is very clean and very easy to use. There are not any distractions on the page that make me want to look away or not focus.

I think the website looks really nice and seems to be very user friendly. It lists in detail oh driver fixer works and answers most questions that users may have. The download now buttons are also in 2 different spots on the website and very clear for the user to see and select.

This website is useful for those who are not so computer savy (myself included!). It is simple and walks you through step-by-step.

This website is easy to understand and follow. it explains everything clearly so even a novice wouldn't get overwhelmed. Download options are easy to find.

Looking at the landing page, one will see that page is simple, clean, and quickly explains what it does and does not. I really enjoy the explanation of what drivers are and how they can cause an issue for one's system. While the term drivers is thrown around in this modern age, how realistic that one understands what they do and do not. This page will not only help one with their printer issue, but goes further to explain why and how it will fix one's machine.

The design is simplistic and clutter free. It is easy to find what you are looking for and the instructions are very helpful and easy to understand. I also like the layout of the device selection menu.
