Love the Flags. # 1 The Flags had a notch/cut at the bottom not sure why. # 2 I miss the slit in the cards for holding business cards. I will purchase again, more than likely the cotton flag next time. These were great but i used the other ones in the past.

I love my flag and porch pole, which arrived quickly. I only wish you had included screws for the bracket.

We appreciate your note about the screws. We do not include them with the bracket because installation surfaces can vary quite a bit. Some customers mount to wood, others to brick, metal, or even trees. Rather than provide screws that may not work for your setup, we leave that part flexible so you can choose the best hardware for your location.

Flag is stapled to a plastic post. just got them and they are already coming apart from the post. A little wind and they will be worthless.

We do want to note that the stick flags you received are listed on our website as a budget-friendly option, with the flag stapled to a lightweight plastic stick. These are great for short-term display or events, but they may not hold up well in wind or long-term outdoor use. If you were looking for something more durable, we do offer higher-quality stick flag options that are better suited for long-term use. We’d be happy to help you find the right style if you’d like to explore those.

The web site is well laid out, so finding the product was fast and efficient. Of good quality description was accurate. It was shipped quickly, and arrived in only a few days. The down side? My purchase was light and compact, but the shipping charge seemed inordinate for popping the item into an envelope.
