I recently purchased a brand new Flair Wizard milk steamer from MaxiCoffee, but unfortunately it arrived faulty.
From the first use, the steam valve does not work properly — steam is continuously released regardless of the knob position, making the unit unsafe to use.
What was more disappointing is that instead of offering a replacement or refund, I was initially asked to attempt a repair myself using a YouTube video. This is not acceptable for a brand new product.
The packaging also appeared to have been previously opened, which raises concerns about whether the item was truly new.
I am currently in the process of returning the item, but this experience has been very frustrating. I hope the company will take responsibility and resolve this properly

Recently I had an issue with my Flair GO, which was resolved in an efficient, timely and congenial way by the support team at Flair. It reminded me of when I bought my first Flair nearly ten years ago, how impressed I was with the company then, and still am.
I have been a customer of Flair since my Classic in 2016, and in the ten years since, I have admired the way they approach production, customer relations, and product innovation and creativity. In addition to the Classic I also own the Signature Pro2, and was one of the backers of the Flair GO.
Like the other products, the Flair GO has been great for me; reliable, durable and capable of making great espresso.
I watched the Flair GO rollout on Kickstarter with a lot of interest, since I also backed the original Classic ten years ago, and I was surprised at the reception the GO received from the coffee community. It’s true there were some unfortunate shipping cost issues for oversees backers out of the company’s control, and I get why some were perturbed about that. Early on, there were also concerns about wobbly-ness of the stand and durability of the piston, but Flair has addressed those issues or is in process to do so.
But while many of us who had dealt with Flair over the past ten years had found them to be a company of high integrity and sensitive to their customers’ needs, those who were new to Flair were sadly less informed. I saw a lot of harsh criticisms online from newcomers and wished they knew what I knew about the company—that they have the utmost concern and respect for their customers, and are willing to listen and learn from them.
Intact Idea, LLC is a great company, and the Flair products are all created with the highest standards of quality and functionality.
Over the years, whenever I have had an issue with a Flair product, I only had to email their support team, and I got a response. As with any product, it’s only normal for a brand-new device to have a correctible issue or two. Flair, in my opinion, is great at addressing issues quickly and improving their products, with the highest regard for customer satisfaction.
It’s been a year now since the launch of the Flair GO, and I have used my GO at least once a day since I received it 11 months ago. The shots are smooth and balanced with great depth of flavor. Even with the small issue I had recently, there has never been a day that I was unable to make a good espresso. I find the GO to be as robust a device as any of the espresso makers in its lineup, or in the larger marketplace.
Because of it’s compactness, streamlined space-saving footprint, and quality build, it’s now my daily espresso maker.
Bravo to the folks at Flair, and congratulations on the company’s approaching ten-year anniversary!

I was having an issue with my Zpresso grinder, grinding beans in my new Flair tower. Every time I would grind my beans at whatever settings I was using, I noticed that the inner burr which screws on at the bottom would become very tight and impossible to unscrew when I needed to clean my grinder. Mihir worked with his team of experts to trouble shoot the problem and togther they informed me it was a problem with the way Zpresso designed the reverse threading of the inner burr attachment and It was also an issue even when hand grinding. So Mihir kindly offered a solution using a a grip clamp with rubber protective pads so that I could safely remove the inner burr without damaging the metal. His responses to my questions and concerns were answered with professional assistance and thoughtfulness throughout our conversations. I will be following up with Zpresso to let them know this is maybe a concern other customers have experienced and there design team should consider a solution. Thanks again for your help

I was looking for a 1zpresso adapter kit for the Flair power tower that is sold on their website, but found that they did not have the kit itself as an option. I reached out to them and Abbey kindly helped me with this issue. She helped me get this order set all within a few hours.

I have been using Flair 58 for over 3 years. It’s my first and only espresso machine. Very mechanical, you can feel and see everything. Perfect for someone who wants to learn about espresso and grow with it. It is so versatile. It can do what a £3000 machine can do and do it better in some ways too. It allows you to make espresso as straight forward or as complicated as you want to. You will quickly realise that there is nothing in the market that can do what this does. I have upgraded/ added on a few coffee grinders but never felt like I needed to upgrade my espresso machine. The ability to make changes and adjust whilst you are pulling the shot is unparalleled. Cleaning and maintaining is super easy. 58mm allows you to swap into every new and wonderful basket under the sun. You can constantly evolve with this, learning new recipes and easily tweaking the recipes you know. It can make a multitude of espressos to filter style coffees, from traditional espresso beans to specialty light roast funky beans. It has stood up to every new crazy/cool/mad/ interesting ideas Lance Hendrick and every other coffee influencers/gurus keep coming up with. You will discover so much on your own too. It is an amazing companion for going on a never ending amazing coffee journey.

I was having trouble with Wizard Steamer that steam came out too part. I send message Flair Espresso. Mihir contact me and troubleshooting. I didn’t put parts right way. He also send me video that was really helpful.

The best coffee set up. Spend the money. It's worth it.
The flair 58 gives me perfect espresso every time. I get marzocco quality latte microfoam from the wizard steamer. It takes time to learn but you'll get 30 years at least out of these devices. They are well built and durable.
