Order arrived without the essential parts. No number to contact them and all emails have been ignored. I will be contacting the bank and small claims court in regard to this.

Poor quality and wrong item.
I bought an orange diabolo with loads of accessories but they sent a pink diabolo since they were out of all other colours without checking... Right before Christmas. The diabolo bag is poorly made with biro presumably marking our where the pockets should be? The instruction leaflet I bought was torn.
Very disappointed.

False in stock information and poor customer service
Having ordered some clubs, each one was showing as having 999 in stock, I received a confirmation email that the order had been processed. All is well, then a few days later I received another email saying:
"Unfortunately, we have just received a delivery from our supplier but all of the Play PX4 Pirouette juggling clubs arrived to us damaged so we are unable to complete your order."
So the quantity in stock is not the quantity they hold in their own warehouse (which I had assumed it to be) but they might know someone who has the item in stock in a quantity similar to the number displayed.
After complaining I received no response for 5 days.

It always makes me happy opening a Flames 'N Games delivery box, I have bought lots of equipment and am still happy with it all. They have great customer support and quick delivery, and answered all my queries promptly;

Flames N Games are lit!
Well, well, well, where do I start?! I had been looking around for a fire sword for a while and after numerous Google searches and looking into different brands and web sites, I stumbled across Flames N' Games and the Gora standard fire sword. I went through with the order and the item arrived very, very quickly!
Upon posting a photo to social media, we got on chatting to the company and eventually caved in and purchased more items from them! Again, once these were ordered and paid for, they were dispatched very quickly!
There's so much choice on the web site and perfect for people like us who do photography and videography and use a lot of fire props and accessories in our shoots, as the possibilities are endless!
We got some awesome stuff and can't wait to shoot some new photos and videos of us and others using what we bought and look forward to getting more items in the near future to add to our fire artillery!
