I purchased an Intel Platinum VPS
I purchased an Intel Platinum VPS from Flarelax Technology about 5–6 days ago, and so far my experience has been very positive. The server was set up quickly, and everything was ready to use without any complications.
Performance has been better than I expected. The VPS runs smoothly even under load, and I haven’t faced any lag, downtime, or stability issues so far. Network speed and responsiveness have also been consistent, which is important for my use case.
Overall, I’m satisfied with the service at this point. If the performance continues like this in the long term, it’s definitely a good option for anyone looking for a reliable VPS.

⚠️ Very Bad Experience with Flarelax Technologies
I had the worst hosting experience with Flarelax Technologies. I recently bought a VPS from them and it worked fine for about 7–10 days. After that, they suddenly sold my VPS IP and the VPS itself to someone else. Because of this, all my data was lost.
Later, they also took my Convoy Panel of VPS by saying it was for “maintenance”, but I never got it back. When I opened a support ticket, instead of helping me, the owner abused me, used bad words, and then banned me from their service and Discord Server.
Overall, it was a very unprofessional and terrible experience. I strongly recommend not buying anything from them if you want to keep your data safe and avoid problems.

We would like to clarify the situation regarding this claim.
The statement that Flarelax Technologies sold the VPS or reassigned the IP to another customer is incorrect. We do not resell or transfer active VPS services that belong to a customer.
During a routine review, our system detected that additional virtual machines were created inside the VPS without permission. This activity violates our service policies because nested virtualization or creating extra VMs can lead to infrastructure abuse, network instability, and resource misuse on our platform.
Because of this violation, the VPS was temporarily suspended for investigation and maintenance, and access to the Convoy Panel was restricted during that process.
As stated in our Terms of Service:
7. Data Protection – While we implement security measures, customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. We are not liable for data loss.
8. Limitation of Liability– Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous 12 months. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination – Services may be terminated if our policies or terms are violated.
Even though the issue involved a policy violation we still offered a 50% refund as a goodwill gesture to resolve the situation fairly.
Flarelax Technologies remains committed to providing stable and secure services to customers who follow our policies. If the customer would like to discuss this further, they can contact our official support channels for review.
