Didn't qualify as I was using "multiple" VPNs which I don't recall. Would like to try again but might get the same outcome.
Based on my most recent experience, I earned £100 in a matter of days, no issues claiming and had the reward very swiftly, definitely 5 stars!! I have used Flash Rewards previously amd have only had... Voir plus

SCAM!! I had a lot of trouble completing deals and gaining credits, despite following all instructions. Subscriptions are never credited, and they try to get you on the free trails, if you don’t keep track. I complained several times, and got BS replies like ‘this needs to be a first time subscription’ which it was!, but they still refused to credit. I persevered and got to £100, sent the required documentation to claim my prize and got a very aggressive email listing all the ways I “according to their checks” could have violated their program. They mentioned things like impersonation, using VPNs, deceiving names and address, etc. i honestly questioned my own integrity for a minute, it was that aggressive. In conclusion, they blocked my account and did not allow me to claim the prize. IT IS A SCAM. Not to mention the increase in scam phone calls I now get after using the program.

Scam company avoid at all costs. When you initially claim the Uber eats or the JD sports voucher you are told you need to register, complete a survey and then complete '1' deal. This is totally misleading as when you complete the first deal it then tells you that you have earned a credit and must complete 1 deal from level 1 more deals from levels 2,3,4 and 5 totally 20 deals. The deals they offer are games which are super long, and not even worth trying to complete 1 let alone 20 of them, I was playing 1 game for over a month and didn't even reach the required level. The paid options they offer start off cheap at £1 and get expensive very quickly making it so you spend more money than the voucher is even worth. They also require you to give your email and phone number which they then sell on so you get bombarded by calls and emails from god knows who at all hours. Email support and they are about as useful as a paper umbrella. Complete scam company, how anybody partners up with these guys is beyond me, and how they havent had lawsuits yet is even more wild.

I completed all the levels. Played all the games gave my reviews and have now been blocked.
Tesco and Paypal should not associate themselves with these people. Absolute scammers !!!!

Absolutely scam.
Spent hours playing games and completing deals to be told I don't qualify due to use of a vpn. Which I've never had.
After looking through reviews on here I can see it's a very common occurrence. They also can't offer any proof.
I've contacted trading standards to report the company for withholding money I'm legally entitled to. I advise everyone else to do the same.
In reply to their generic response: they warned me previously about a vpn which also didn't exist. Now going through action fraud who are building a case against these scam artists, who they where already very much aware of.
In response to your next reply I've obtained a report by a phone company who I went in to see who went over my full system and concluded no such thing exists as action fraud wanted this as written proof.

SCAM do not bother.
I managed to complete the tasks and was then disqualified from getting my reward because the detected I had used an anonymous connection.
I have no idea what an anonymous connection is so I don’t see how I could be using it but as of course it’s something I’m unable to prove either way it’s just their loophole not to pay. I strongly suspect everyone will encounter one excuse or another.
Do not waste your time.
Edit after their reply:
I have never used any kind of anonymous vpn I wouldn’t have a clue how to. There’s no arguing with this company because you can’t prove that you haven’t used something you don’t know about and they can say whatever they want because there’s no one with power to answer to.

Played for a month or so, managed to work my way up to £100 reward.
Unfortunately it is too good to be true, I begrudgingly scanned across my ID only to be told that I have been disqualified for use of a VPN/Proxy.
I only use my mobile as standard I'm sure this is an excuse to not issue rewards as I can see the same story throughout these reviews

If I could give a minus star then I would!! Avoid this scam company at all costs! I followed all of the deals, on level 3 I followed their link to a casino site (I've never used one before!) did everything it said to do, registered, made a deposit etc and still they would not add the deal credit. So I then started other deals, signed up to trials, spent my own money. Finally, finished 3 deals on level , went to cash out credit for £100 visa card, only to give all my ID passport etc to then be told they would not give me my reward as my IP address flagged as anonymous!! I didn't even know what a VPN or proxy was until they told me it blocks your IP. I've never had anything like this, so obviously their so called "detection system" is false and flawed. Or my first option, they are actually scamming people, to get them to follow their advertisement links, to enable them to rake in the revenue from so called legitimate companies, and then refuse to pay out to genuine people as a way of making themselves rich! They harvest all your data and my guess is will probably sell it to make more money! Do not waste your time, effort or money!

Total Scam – Avoid Flash Rewards!
I completed two game offers, Drill and Collect and Travel Town, reaching the required Level 4 for both, expecting to receive my credits. After spending hours grinding through the games, Flash Rewards refused to credit my account, despite me providing clear evidence of completion.
I contacted support, but they were completely unhelpful, repeating the same generic response that they had no record from their "partner" – a convenient excuse to avoid paying out. It’s clear that they set up these deals to waste your time with no intention of honoring them.
This is a scam! Avoid Flash Rewards unless you want to waste your time and effort for nothing.

Came back third year ready for all tasks ready to win and got disqualified first thing when I asked for a deal credit, I guess my mistake was that I mentioned knowing how the system works already and how time is ticking, so they realise there's no point for them having me as won't be fooled or scammed anymore and in the end would have to pay me, guess that's the last thing they wanna do..
They said the reason was that I was using VPN or whatnot hell I don't even know what that is,flashrewards automatically opens in whatever browser and then they blame me for it, I'm sure it's all done on purpose to have a reason to get rid of pros like me coming back for more payment for all the scam calls that I have to deal with receiving every single day multiple times since last year's of participations. Glad my phone now warns me when it's a scam call but it's upsetting nonetheless. Yes watch out folk there's certain deals something like completing a survey to win this or that that you complete filling out your details and never get a deal credit yet they leave you with phone calls from all these fake company's for the rest of your life, can keep blocking ever single scam number they never run out of new numbers to call from its insane, absolute madness, how can they just steal from innocent people like that it doesn't fit in my head..
Reply to reply:
What's the difference for you what email address I'm signing in from if it's one person per year per household that can participate? And wonder why I need new emails or numbers every year huh?? Because of your stupid scammers that occur from half of those uncredited deals! And still don't know what bloody proxy Vpn or whatnot you're all talking about!
Next reply:
Right then why would you say that I'm welcome to come back after another year in the first place huh???? Not my fault you don't get new deals but if old deals work again when years pass then why would that bother you m??

Very disappointed. Completed tasks legitimately and haven't been provided credit for them despite providing evidence that they have been completed as outlined in the offer. Seems like scam to get you to get through more deals than required!

Horrific, tried to use it just yesterday and they have clearly given my information out to god knows who, I’ve had over 30 phone calls in the space of a few hours all from different numbers, it’s just crazy don’t do this if you can’t deal with this! Tried to find a customer service email to resolve this problem but can’t find one anywhere

Réponse de Flash Rewards UK
Wouldn’t even give them 1 star…put all of my time and effort into completing offers and when I finally submitted a claim request, my ID kept failing multiple times but then I realised I forgot to add my middle name on the claim form..it’s a simple mistake that can easily be fixed! By this point I had already received an email stating that my claim had been disqualified and that I needed to reply with my full legal name which clearly matches the name on the ID I provided. I apologised for the mistake and sent them this information, I even tried adding my middle name on the website and asking them to verify my ID manually but they weren’t having any of it..like, make it make sense?! Disgusting company..should be ashamed of themselves. All they do is steal your private information and not payout, I wouldn’t be surprised if these positive reviews were fake. In fact, I’m going to report them!

Réponse de Flash Rewards UK
Systems keeps freezing when I'm trying to claim the reward I have successfully earnt, as you are only allowed 3 attempts I contacted customer support and they offered zero help to resolve the issue.

Réponse de Flash Rewards UK
I try to do this every year to get a little reward and It’s a great way to do it if you have a little time however it is not made easy if you have completed rewards in the past as the rewards tend to be the same every single time I think they certainly need to mix up the offers much more often and offer new ones as it’s been the same for quite a few years.
