Lebe seit letztem Jahr in Graz. Hab nach 4 Wochen kleine Wohnung gefunden in Graz-Lend. Plattform war ok, bissl verwirrend am Anfang aber geht.

Gute Plattform, hab Wohnung in Meidling gefunen nach 2 Woche. Einfach zu benutzen, Vermieter war korrekt. Passt.

Ich inseriere seit mehreren Jahren regelmäßig auf Flatbee wenn in meinem Zinshaus eine Wohnung frei wird. Die Plattform hat sich in der Zeit deutlich verbessert, die Benutzeroberfläche etwas einfacher geworden.

Was ich mir wünschen würde: Ein System das Anfragen automatisch vorsortiert, zum Beispiel nach Vollständigkeit der Unterlagen. Bei 50+ Anfragen pro Inserat wird das manuell schon aufwendig. Insgesamt aber eine der besseren Plattformen in Österreich, gerade im Vergleich zu den großen Portalen die einem als Vermieter Mondpreise abknöpfen.

Habe keine einzige Anfrage erhalten

We moved to Austria last year with my two kids. Finding apartment was my biggest worry because i dont speak good deutsch and many Vermieter only want to communicate in german. My colleague at work recommended this website and after about 3 weeks I found a 3-Zimmer wohnung in the second district. The rent is 890€ which is a lot for me but for Vienna I think its ok. The Vermieterin was very friendly lady, english was also not a problem. I am very grateful for this experience. Only Please add english translation for all the Inserate descriptions, they are mostly in german and I need to translate with google every time.

Ein paar zusätzliche Filter wären noch praktisch gewesen, trotzdem hat die Wohnungssuche damit gut geklappt. Nur der Preis hätte etwas niedriger sein können.

I liked the quick overview and the just search felt logical..a few listings were outdated but not many. 3 replies in a week is fine for me.

Einige Inserate sind doppelt aber sonst gutes Portal!!

In Berlin every minute matters. the notifications helped me react faster and I kinda got more appointments. The interface is clean and I didn't waste time. Worth it.

Bis auf die automatisch generierten Nachrichten von Flatbee habe ich keine Rückmeldungen erhalten.
Preisbarometer ist unrealistisch -> günstige Wohnung wird mit +64% angegeben. Keine Übersicht wie viele Personen sich die Anzeige angesehen haben oder Interesse haben... für mich war die Plattform nicht hilfreich.

kurz gesagt Mir so hat gefallen dass maan in Berlin nicht nur nach „Zimmer" filtern kann sondern auch nach details. Ich hab weniger Müll gesehen. Ein paar vVermieter antworten spät aber das ist nicht Schuld vom Portal

So I relocated from the UK to Vienna for a job at an international org and apartment hunting was honestly the most stressful part of the whole move. Tried a bunch of platforms - immowelt, willhaben, various facebook groups and most of them were either full of scams or just impossible to navigate without fluent german. Flatbee was definitely the best of the bunch.

The interface is clean, listings felt legit, and i actually got responses from landlords which was a novelty haha.. Found a nice 1-bedroom in the 4th district after about 5 weeks of searching. The landlord spoke decent english which helped a lot.

Only complaints: some listings dont have enough photos (like seriously, one photo of the hallway??), and the premium pricing feels a bit steep for what you get. But overall would recommend to anyone moving to Austria.
