Spammers! I never used this company service, never created account on their website or contacted them. Despite of it they are sending me emails with property ads. Go hell flatland! This is spam!

they don't answer their landline or their mobile. They do have the time to spam your inbox!
All their adverts look too good to be true...........best avoid them for your sanity

I would recommend Flatland to anyone looking to rent in London at a reasonable price. Mike and his team at Flatland have helped me secure excellent accommodation TWICE in 2008 and 2014. In a challenging market, Flatland were always able to respond to my specific requirements with Mike's invaluable long, detailed knowledge and experience of providing a rental contact service since the early 1970s. Always professional, approachable and helpful, Mike's persistence along with his team has resulted in two long, happy tenancies in a prime Central London location. I have always recommended Flatland to friends looking to secure a place in the London rental market.

Before you would get a response now no one answers the phone ,very annoying as people are looking for a place to live ...it is very annoying.

Scam website. Do not part with your money. Do not subscribe to Flatland. They never respond to your contact. They don’t reply to emails. Don’t be fooled by Flatland.

Flatland the worst property search ever. Dont use FlatLand
My mate payed £61 for a 3 month subscription but never got anywhere.
He was sent a list of flats and rooms, fantastic so many rooms to let but when you call Mike the manager to get the full addresses you get no answer. But he keeps sending you daily emails of rooms to let. Whats the point of hi emails when you can't get the address to attend a viewing. And if you look at the list carefully youl see hes only changed the order and juggled it around so not to notice its the same list time and time again. Hes a fraud. Dont use FlatLand

Enquired about a property on Gumtree that looked too good to be true - got no response but was suddenly reciving emails about new properties from Flatland (I thought it was weird as never heard of Flatland before) now I've put 2-and-2 together. Read the reviews on 'Sitejabber', they are running some kind of scam.

They advertise accommodation that doesn't exist. In fact, at present they are advertising with pictures 2 rooms that I let almost 10 years ago. You just need to read the comments about this company on sitejabber.
