Super easy website to use and takes the hassle out of hunting down a hair and make-up artist

I’ve used Flayr twice to organise hair and make up. Both times have been very happy with booking process and artists used. Highly recommend.

Kylie, the make up artist from Flayr was friendly, punctual, professional and made me look my best! I loved my hair style and the make up (especially my eyelashes!) looked naturally beautiful!

I’d recommend Flayr to anyone that wants to feel at ease getting someone to do their make up! It was definitely worth it!

Such a great service to connect the public with talented artists in the industry. The process of booking was very straight forward and made the whole experience extremely enjoyable and precise!

Make up artist was great. However can not say the same for the Flayr team. I wasn't aware the deposit you pay go towards Flayr and not your make up artist. I used this service whilst in Melbourne and had a change with the booking. Therefore there is a credit sitting there to be used, however I live in a state where we don't have this service and Flayr are refusing me a refund and have failed to respond to any of my emails.

The worst customer service ever!
I booked my appointment last night with the deposit and there’s no update.
I have been trying to reach them on their number, there’s no answer and they’re not contactable.
I would like to cancel, as I don’t want any strangers in my house.

Flayr is a genuine and trustworthy website. It was easy to use when booking my Makeup Artist and I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

As a makeup artist, I would assert that this platform is not worth it in terms of customer service. Their policies do not adequately support makeup artists, as they fail to consider both sides of the story before taking immediate action, such as suspending a makeup artist's account and posting a 1-star review. What's worse is that even when they realize it's not the makeup artist's fault, they neglect to remove the damaging 1-star review, which has significantly harmed my profile.
I hope the owner of Flayr can consider my feedback to enhance their customer services.

I was looking for hair and make up for my wedding in the Gold Coast and wedding reception in Adelaide for months and months. I did not know anyone around my area who can do it for me. Lucky i came across FLAYR in Google which give me a chance to book both at the same time. It was such a great experienced and smooth, no problem even when i had to move the start time of my make up in both Gold coast and Adelaide. Good job Flayr! Highly recommended make up site.

I was traveling to Melbourne for a wedding and did not have any friends living in the area l would be staying to recommend a makeup artist or stylist.
I stumbled across Flayr when searching Google for both makeup and hair stylist and loved that l could read honest reviews and see photos of the stylist work.
Requesting a quote and booking was easy and communication with Sheryn was simple and quick.
I will definitely use Flayr again when l have an event to attend away from home.

Flayr is the best site to use for someone who’s looking for the best hair and makeup artist one could ever imagine. They provide lots of options to choose from. What I love most is the liberty for us to choose an artist according to our budget and style because the range of artists is incredibly wide.

Using Flayr was a great option to see a portfolio of artists and choose based on my personal style. The app was great and communication excellent right up until the day of my service. Which was also excellent.
So much better being in the comfort of your own home rather than a salon!

Sim was amazing. She gave my 17yo grand-daughter the exact look she was after. The make-up was very glamorous yet felt so light and airy. I cannot recommend Sim highly enough. She is amazing xx
