Aweful customer service

Ordered a chromecart in Aug 2025 -- and it came as advertised, but it was damaged in transit. It was reported to Fleet Network the next day, and requested pictures were provided. As of April 2026 the incident is still "under investigation" and the damaged cart has not been replaced.
If desired I can provide email conversations etc to substantiate my issue.

Can't reach them by email, no order update/followup.

Can't reach them... They are not responding to email. They are not shipping within 24 to 48h... I'm waiting since 8 days without any update on what is going on but they charged my credit card right away.

I will probably have no choice but to contact my credit card for a dispute.

Update: I manage to call them this morning at 9:35am and I got someone pretty quickly. She was nice but told me she need to contact the warehouse to make sure the order isn't shipped before cancelling, but she also confirmed she didn't see any tracking number so that should be fine.

I'm suppose to receive a confirmation that the order is cancelled... I will update my review when I know more.

Update 2: I just received a email confirming the cancellation. I'm glag that this wasn't that hard... but I wish I saw all the reviews before ordering. I also see the refund on my credit card.

So I added 1 more stars.

Inaccurate, Ineffective and Inexcusable!

Website described the item as new. Upon recite it was not new, and was damaged to the level not being usable.
Tracking and communication is appalling and telephone communication below acceptable standards.
WILL NOT USE AGAIN!

This company is terrible and it is shocking how they have managed to stay in business for so long. Do not buy anything from them, especially if you think you may need to return something you bought. I bought multiple security cameras that were misrepresented on their website and when I tried to return them (even though the company website indicated that they accept returns within 15 days of purchases), I was told by a rude woman on the phone (similar to other posted reviews), that they would need to check with their warehouse for return approval. They mentioned that I would need to pay a restocking fee, which I agreed to, because the cameras I bought were useless to me, along with shipping. Fine. Just let me get most of my money back. But they have resisted at every opportunity. I jave sent multiple emails, called multiple times, and spoken to the same rude lady, who keeps telling me they will be in touch with return instructions, but nothing is ever sent. They do everything they can to try to prevent you for returning anything. I am still stuck with these useless cameras that I do not want (again, the images on their website do not match what was delivered), and it seems that they do not actually have a warehouse in Quebec, and items are shipped directly from Asia. Do not do business with this terrible company. There are many better options. As of this date (Feb 15 2026) I am still stuck with cameras i do not want and it has been nearly 2 months since they were purchased. And do not try and call their customer support line unless you like rude people who have no intention of returning your money. They do not seem to actually accept returns, and will seem to do anything to avoid returning your money. Bad company

Started out ok

Started out ok, placed an order on an item apparently in stock. Contacted me right away to say it was backordered 5 weeks and offered me a refund. I accepted and they notified me a refund through PayPal was initiated. Several days later PayPal contacted be to tell me the refund was canceled because the seller didn't complete the transaction.

I am not longer getting responses from fleet, I submitted a claim - provided so the evidence I have showing my order has been marked refunded in fleet side, PayPal contacted the seller then denied my claim? Unbelievable thieves

Quick to take your money and extremely slow to deliver. No communication and customer service is non existent. Wish I had read all the bad reviews BEFORE I placed an order.

Another scam pulled by Fleet Network

Another scam pulled by Fleet Network. I ordered an SSD and some fans to the amount of $369.50. This gear was indicated to ship to me in 2 - 3 days.
After 2 days of status being "Order Awaiting Tracking", i tried opening a chat with them several times with no response. Then I called and was cut off 4 or 5 times trying to get through to them. FINALLY, I got through to a woman who told me the earliest it would ship was another 4 days from now! I asked her to cancel the order and send an email acknowledging the cancellation and she said it would take until the end of the day, as she had to call their warehouse to be sure it hadn't shipped. This JUST after she told me it would be 4 days more for it to ship! I asked "Why don't you call them now?". She said "Because I'm on the phone with you". LMAO! I said "Ok, then please send me an email saying that you are cancelling the sale so that I can order elswhere and she said "Ok, i"ll get that to you by the end of the day",
At this point I am fed up with the idiocy and told her I'd just register a complaint with Paypal and ask for a refund. She said fine and hung up.
At the end of the day I called back to ask about the status and she said "Your funds are frozen until the Paypal dispute is settled". Omg...
They really don't care about customers or want repeat business. DO NOT BUY from them.

They refunded me for an order I placed…

They refunded me for an order I placed a week earlier not becuse they did not have; probably because RAM prices went up and they did not want to lose money or run no margin. That is bad.
I would buy from Amaz... as I know they will honor the advert and price they offer.
