After building a relationship with Fleetsauce over the last few years I can honestly say I wouldn’t choose any other company for leasing/ hire contract needs. They are always so proactive, listening to our requirements, seeking the best deals to suit the business and providing the best customer service!
Steve and Luke are always extra helpful and I always feel confident they will find a resolution to any query I throw at them! The team are very personable and I always enjoy speaking with them. Nothing is too much trouble and I really appreciate that. Absolutely 5* rating for these guys!

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service, Luke was brilliant - very informative and helpful. Delivery was prompt and the delivery driver took pride in his handover to me detailing all the information in a way that was concise and professional. I was kept up to date throughout the process and i am super happy with my car. Well done all !

If you a looking for true customer service and value
I filled out an online contact form for a quote on 2 x BMW i4's without holding out much hope for a response but was pleasently suprised a quick call from Matt who specced both vehicles over the phone. Four hours later he sent through a quote. I had previously been waiting over 2 months from a previous provider for the exact same quote. Fleetsauce have a direct line with the dealerships and they were able to get me a stock vehicle within 7 days! Absolutely fantastic pricing, service and after sales support. Kudos to both Matt and Luke

Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. Luke Williams helped me to source the car I wanted, and delivery was even a few days before I actually needed it! I really appreciate the team going out of their way to meet my deadline. Luke communicated with me throughout the process and even called to check how I was getting on with my new wheels! I cannot recommend these guys enough!

Eveything was perfect from the quoting, ordering, monthly updates and finally delivery of the new car and collection of the old one topped with a follow up call to make sure all was OK.

Contact with company was easy and I was kept well informed at each stage of the process.
Only slight complaint is that you tend to look for the highest specified car which some time means that you are not looking at the next level down which could make a big difference. To me several items are on a wish list but getting a vehicle in the lower tax range was more important 8% not 12% BIK. It turned out that there is very little difference between the car I got and the one above ( electric drivers seat was the only real difference i think).

I was kept very well informed during the whole process.
Both Artur my account manager and Rachael from customer support were extremely helpful from the initial sourcing of the vehicle to the final delivery arrangements. They also answered any queries I had very promptly and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better service. Ten out of ten !!!!!!!!
