Importantly we have had direct contact details for each lawyer who were both very responsive and professional throughout. Fletcher Longstaff also has an excellent case management system that keeps you updated at every stage of the process. Unlike many other firms that overly depend on case management systems to keep costs low and where contact is via call centres to random individuals, Fletcher Longstaff understand the importance of being able to speak to the person with responsibility for your transaction.
