We have had a great experience using Flex POS at Sheli Perfumes. The system is simple to learn, easy to operate, and has many useful features that help us manage our store more efficiently every day.
For our perfume business, having accurate inventory information is very important. Flex POS makes it easy to manage inventory, track sales, run detailed reports, maintain customer information, and monitor employee attendance. Having all these features together in one system saves us a lot of time and makes our daily operations much easier.
Another big advantage is the unlimited cloud storage and the one-month trial, which gives businesses a good opportunity to experience the system and its features.
I am also very impressed with their customer support. Whenever we need assistance, the support team is responsive and takes the time to explain everything clearly. They don’t just solve the problem—they also help us understand how to use the system better.
A special thank you to Mr. Shaun for his excellent service. He has always been patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help with any questions we have. His support has made our experience with Flex POS even better.
I would definitely recommend Flex POS to other retail business owners looking for a reliable, user-friendly POS system with strong inventory management, reporting, employee management, and excellent customer service.

Switched from another POS and couldn’t be happier!
Switched from a previous provider that did not support our pay structures. Easy to use and to manage from mobile app. Very grateful for the features they delivered us!! You will not be disappointed!!!

The best POS provider we have had
After working with others such as MasterPOS and Nova. We wanted to make a change to a POS company that is innovative and open to making changes that business in 2026 need in the cosmetic retail and spa industry. FlexPOS answered all our needs, got us running quickly, makes reporting super easy. I cant say enough positive about them, also much cheaper than the other competition. Give them a chance, and I can promise you wont regret it.
