I didn't receive anything but they took my money
I didn't receive anything. You charged me, said my item would be here yesterday. When I called (after a 2 hour wait) I was advised my order was under review. They stated there was no review department i could speak with nor could they tell me why I was in review. They stated I would receive an email which i have still not received to tell me next steps and that i MIGHT get my item after Christmas. What a scam.

Bad customer service
This probably a good app but the customer is horrible. You be on hold forever stating you’re number 400 in the queue, and I requested a call back never received a call back. Chat was never available. Horrible .

Is this place real?!
I placed an order 3 days ago for in-store pickup. My card was already charged, the order still says “pending”. I’ve tried to contact them multiple times via chat (immediately disconnects me because there are no agents available). I’ve tried calling multiple times, and sit in queue for 20 minutes and get disconnected. I’ve tried messaging via Instagram and only get an automated response to call customer service . I’ve submitted 2 tickets to cancel and still NOTHING. Do not use this company.

I ordered almost a week ago for same day pickup and it’s still not ready. THEY HAVE ALREADY CHARGED ME. And every single day I call they tell me the same thing “oh tomorrow it will be ready”. NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY. The reps are no help. They advertise same day pickup! That’s a lie do not order from them!!!.
-UPDATE- just found out this company headquarters is actually 30 minutes away from where I live. I’ll be personally driving up there Monday and will report back to everyone once I have a better idea of what’s going on since they seem to be scamming a lot of us.

I placed an order and my account still…
I placed an order and my account still says "in pending" though my card has been charged. Under the leases tab, no leases are shown, yet an agreement was generated. Every time I reach out through customer service chat, it says a live agent not available or either it says one has entered the chat then they immediately leave the chat. When I call customer service, the hold times are very long. When I last spoke with someone, I was told that new accounts go in pending for 24-48 hours and then there may not be a confirmation for order pick up or delivery until another 24-72 hours. I also was told that there can not be a change for the item from the 6-8 day shipping to an in store pick up item of similar value. Yet, when I placed my order, it said that items expected to be ready next day by 3pm for pick up and 1 item to be delivered in 3-5 days. These items are to be Christmas gifts for my kids. Today is December 20th. I need to know what's really going on???

At the time I placed my order I elected to pick up my items from best buy. After having my money taken I learn my items are pending shipment. This is not what I wanted or agreed to. I tried chatting and agent is never available. I tried calling but I my place in que keeps get higher and higher. I scheduled call backs have get called back.

I order something’s in 2023 and when I got them the box’s were all must up and I called and was told to send the stuff back and they would just take them back and cancel the order plan. So that is what I did and I just seen they were still taking out 3.99 for insurance and I called and ask why and they told me that they didn’t get the stuff back and I ask how and I said if you guys didn’t get back than I would have heard from them before not one call or a email saying it’s missing and I just got off the phone and they said I owe 3,000 for two thing and they can’t cancel nothing now so I’m screw about getting they money they took

Communication is severely lacking
Update:
The company did respond to my return request email finally, conveniently after this review, and asked for further information about the product I wanted to return and my reasoning for wanting to return it. I responded to that email, as well as a duplicate email 2 days later, except for a different ticket number. I have yet to hear back from either of those emails. That was Tuesday and Thursday that I sent those email replies.
Ordered an Apple Watch November 16th, was estimated to be delivered on November 25th, November 25th came and went with no communication/tracking info up to that point. I ended up getting a watch through AT&T because I needed it the 25th for a birthday gift. I had to google the customer service number so that I could call and try to cancel my order. Couldn’t cancel it because it was pending. The customer service agent told me that the company they ship through rarely makes their deadlines. The watch eventually was delivered November 29th. I’m now trying to return the watch and called Monday to ask how to do so, they said they would send an email within 24-48 hours and as of yet have not received that email. I will call them again in a little bit to follow up. I also sent 4 emails between November 16th and November 25th for various reasons, 3 different email addresses depending on the reasons I was emailing, and none of them have been answered to this date.

It’s always a red flag to me when companies are so unwilling to help when you fall on tough times. I had a loan with them and unfortunately lost my job. Still looking for a new one and I communicated with them. Not getting out of paying but just trying to work something out until I’m employed again. Dudes like you need to make a payment. Well I can’t I have no money. He’s like well I can’t help unless you make a payment. Even my car dealership (20,000 loan) is super helpful during this time. It be the scam companies that act the most unhelpful.
Update: still no resolution. I have emailed, called, the whole 9 yards and nothing. Last I got told via email was someone will reach out. Day 4 and nothing. I can’t afford the 900 past due they want but they don’t work with no one. Use Perpay! This company sucks

Horrible! Don’t do it! I’ve waited a month for a tv and still don’t have it while they take $62 out of my account weekly! I don’t have the item why am I paying! Bec that’s what the lease says. That’s crazy! Never again.
I should have known better after my first experience when I got a used and broken PS5! My bad!
