Flight Centre New Zealand - Flight Centre Chartwell Avis 

Our travel agent Renee Claassen from Chartwell Hamilton went above and beyond for us! I’ve never travelled as an adult and she made everything seem less for us. She had excellent communication and knowledge of everything, even guiding me through a travel insurance claim after the trip. She even checked in after a few days to see how it was going which shows she really cares. Every single thing was taken care of and if I travel again, I’ll absolutely go to her! Can’t compliment her up enough!

I was overseas & under some stress & needed help to tend to ticket changes in a timely manner. Renee Claasen from the Chartwell Hamilton branch was empathetic & understanding, & made short work of getting my changes made as well as organising a paper copy to be available for me to collect in the city where I was. I was grateful for her help & kindness.

Amy at the chartwell branch was amazing. She is our go to person. Would highly recommend. Nothing was a bother and she even stayed past the branch closing time so that we could make payment over the phone to secure our flights and accommodation.

Review:
I booked my flight tickets and travel insurance through Flight Centre (NZ).
When an emergency occurred during my trip, the travel agent failed to provide proper coordination or follow-up with the insurer. I was repeatedly told to wait, sent different instructions by different people, and after weeks there is still no clear progress.

I have supplied complete documentation and kept communication open — the issue is not missing paperwork, but poor case handling.

This review will remain until the issue is resolved fairly.
If a reasonable outcome is achieved, I will update it with a balanced and fair evaluation.

Renee is very helpful, kind and always goes out of her way to ensure excellent customer service. I was nervous to travel and she has given me the confidence to travel over to Thailand with my daughter. I booked flights with Renee multiple times. I appreciate everything she has done for me and my family on my travel experiences and I will be back again booking travel with her.

I had the pleasure of sitting down with Jessica. She was friendly and helpful and very responsive over email, which I appreciated. She sorted out everything for me, and I had a successful trip.

Jo has been very helpful and the communication has been great. We still have a couple more things to book before we fly out so maybe the review is a little early. But I’m sure Jo will be just as helpful on finishing our itinerary for the holiday.
