Nicola (Travel Expert) was proactive
Nicola was proactive even after we had a few options. She last minute reached out to check if we would consider an alternative stopover destination which saved us 25% on the overall cost - Now this is service!!!!

Cannot rate Flight Centre and Travel Expert Matt Allan highly enough. 11 out of 10
We already had our accommodation in the USA and had booked at various places in the UK, Europe and Hong Kong
Plus we needed to join with and be on the same flights as other family members during various stages of our trip.
No problems for Flight Centre to put all the connecting flights together.. and also help us with The Trafalgar bus Tour booking!
Plus we had a major issue with one of the airlines at one stage, which left us stranded. Again no problems for Flight Centre to sort for us.

Gon was absolutely outstanding no question was too stupid and nothing was a problem our trip was amazing the accommodation was so good that we want to go back and stay in the same room next time! Would highly recommend flight centre and Gon to everyone! It just goes to show how worthwhile it is to go through a travel agent 5 stars

Tamara went above and beyond for us
Tamara went above and beyond for us - we had a bad experience with one of your other consultants from another store but she restored our faith in your company by listening to our wish list, providing us options and getting it right the first time - we really appreciated the service we received from her and went from never wanting to deal with Flight Centre again, to definatley using your services in the future
