Emma is an excellent travel agent and face for Flight Centre
Since moving to Narooma New South Wales, my wife and I have had a number of interactions with Emma Knox of Flight Centre, Bega NSW. Our first booking to Japan went off without a hitch, which I expected given Emma's professional demeanor and efficiency. Over the past 12 months we have booked twice with Emma with the same results. However,a follow up trip to Japan for myself had to be cancelled due to anxiety over the troubling international situation, and more recently we had to cancel trip to New Zealand due to my wife's arthritis outbreak - both old people issues unfortunately. Suffice to say, this has created extra work for Emma who has remained not just professional and efficient, but also compassionate and patient with the cancellation and refund processes. We feel lucky to have found Emma and will recommend her widely as an excellent travel agent and face of Flight Centre. And of course, she is our No.1 booking choice.
