We booked our trip through the Flight Centre at Logan (Hyperdome) and honestly Arrick was amazing to work with and helped me compile the perfect trip. 10/10 will be using him for all future holidays

Absolutely disgusting service if you could even say the word service! The consultant Julie Clark did not book our extra luggage despite specifically requesting her to do it and she confirming it was done but when I found out she did not fix the issue, she made excuses and then didnt even offer to sort it out. Yeh golf trip with no golf clubs or bags good one Julie! She didnt even try despite my confirming I was happy to pay.!! We have been left high and dry. Take your money have no care absolutely disgusting. I will make it my mission to advise as many people as possible as to our experience.

Lauren was absoultly a God sent she booked us our tickets to nz at very short notice and made the process easy and her compassion ❤️ due to going home for a funeral . Thankyou so much Lauren xx we also have a trip booked with flight centre through Lauren in two weeks also smooth prossess Lauren is very helpful and even what feels like the silliest question Lauren is than happy to assist .

Julie was great. Very knowledgeable. Took our plan and made it into reality. Made suggestions but was open to us requesting a slightly different option. Look forward to continuing to work with her up til our trip and again in the future for more adventures.

I had been planning our trip to USA this year and needed to put it all together so called into Flight Centre at Logan Hyperdome and spoke to Ari. 2 hours later we are booked with flights, including extra leg room seats, accomodation, car hire and insurance. Ari was very patient and guided me through the whole process. Thanks Ari!
